Perfect Family Ski/Summer getaway. Walk to town. 5 mins to Deer Valley

Our family has enjoyed our place for years and we hope you will too. Spend the day skiing or hiking then relax by the fireplace with a hot coco or a cold beer. Kids will love the bear and ski themed accessories. Sit at the dining table for some old fashioned board games. Parents will appreciate the large master bedroom suite with sitting area and en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower. Two bedrooms on the upper level share a full bathroom and there is a third full bath room downstairs, so no waiting to get into the shower!
Prepare a meal in the fully appointed kitchen or walk to Park City Main Street and enjoy one of the dozens of restaurants and shops. Walk a short distance the other direction and enjoy paddle boarding and small beach at the nearby pond. A Park City free bus stop is a block away and takes you to Deer Valley or Park City Mountain Resort in less than 5 minutes. Park your cars indoors and access the lower level of the home directly from the garage. The lower level has plenty of space for all your gear.
Other amenities include espresso maker, free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, baby crib, toddler gates, 3 indoor parking spaces, premium toiletries, humidifier for every bedroom.

Great location

2nd stay. Great location, can walk to Main St PC and very close to either Deer Valley resort or PC. Would stay again.

A lovely home close to town

A cozy house that serves as the perfect home base for your Park City stay. Town is only a short walk away and the fireplace is nice to have after a long day of skiing. Highly recommend!!

Cozy condo

The condo is cozy and kitchen is well appointed with appliances, utensils and cookware. Only thing we struggled with is that the beds are very firm but otherwise we had a nice stay.

Great Location

Easy access to skiing Deer Valley or Park City. We opted to ski Deer Valley and go out in Park City for dinner. Could have walked to either, but easy drive.

Very nice and convenient off mountain location

The property is nice and comfortable with very easy bus access to and from Deer Valley. Including the garage the space is four levels, which after a hard day of skiing can seem more daunting than it really is. But all the creature comforts are there: fireplace, TV, adequate kitchen, and easy in/out. Showers could be updated a tad, but as a home away from home, it is a very comfortable place to be. The host is terrific and provides all the information and accessories one would need to enjoy their stay. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Place badly needs a refresh

This spot is in dire need of some updating, not to mention a deep clean. Beds are uncomfortable. The furniture is dated and on the verge of falling apart. For the cost, we would not stay again. The photos look much better than the place itself.

Lovely Stay

My family and I really enjoyed this stay. The house was as advertised, very well, equipped, comfortable and the service was, in a word, outstanding. The house is located very close to downtown, and to the bottom of the ski area in Park city. We absolutely loved Park city, and this house at its service were were part of that experience. A note for future residence, you need to reserve parking while going to the mountain for skiing. These reservations have to be done ahead of time as space does run out. I highly recommend this house and Jan! it was truly magical experience and we created a lot of fond family memories there. Actually, we like the area so much that we were considering buying a house in Park city.
