Niché sur la montagne avec de belles vues, mobilier design, une cuisine gastronomique et une grande chambre pour ne pas mentionner la terrasse en pierre avec spa extérieur privé! Deux minutes de restaurants, le shopping, Deer Valley et les canyons.

Cette maison 2 500 pieds carrés a un grand et beau voie d'entrée de quartz avec de menuiserie sur mesure et built-ins pour tout votre équipement! Une bibliothÚque plafond cathédrale ouvre à grande terrasse donnant sur le centre-ville de Park City. Un canapé convertible, salle de bain complÚte et un décor de montagne compléter cette superbe, zone de retraite privée.

Un artiste conçu escalier vous mÚne à la grande salle avec une belle cheminée en pierre, construit en centre de divertissement et de l'état de l'art de cuisine gastronomique avec des comptoirs en marbre. Salle à manger pour 8 et siÚges ßle aussi bien! Cet étage a également une chambre des maßtres de taille queen avec bain de calcaire, et une chambre avec lits superposés meublés.

LOCATAIRES D'ÉTÉ veuillez noter: cette maison, comme 95 +% des maisons Ă  Park City, n'a pas de climatisation centrale. Il a cependant deux unitĂ©s AC portables qui sont actuellement mis en place Ă  l'Ă©tage et dans la cuisine / salle Ă  manger. Il n'y a presque jamais besoin d'AC mais au cours des deux derniĂšres annĂ©es, il y a eu environ 10 jours Ă©parpillĂ©s en juillet oĂč c'est une trĂšs belle fonctionnalitĂ© Ă  avoir. Les unitĂ©s de CA portables font un travail fantastique mais s'il vous plaĂźt ne jamais passer en mode 'ac' sur les thermostats principaux.

Really great property, short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Very accommodating and well equipped house. The general living space was very cozy with the fireplace. Master suite was exceptional with another fireplace. Host was great, will stay there again!

Very convenient and comfortable home for our family (8 adults) and dog! Extremely quiet neighborhood and house. Steps to food and shopping and easy walk to town lift. Not enough snow this trip for ski-in/out, but we made the quick trip to shuttle skiers home in the car to avoid the walk up the hill. Very considerate and communicative host. We had no complaints!

Fabulous Ski Vacation

The property is perfectly located in Old Town, easy to the runs, quick walk to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay, Patti was very helpful and followed up often. We would definitely return.

Best VRBO ever!!

We have stayed at several rental properties over the years, and this had to be one of the nicest. Such a beautiful property conveniently located to downtown Park City. Nearby hiking, restaurants, and shopping were great. I can only imagine staying here in the winter for a ski family would be top notch. The property manager was so helpful and easily reached with any questions. You can’t miss with this one!

Great house for a family vacation!

We had such a great time at this house with 3 generations of our family together for a ski vacation. The house is set up so everyone had their own space yet we could all be together in the kitchen/living room/dining areas. We enjoyed being able to walk into town. The owner, Patti, is extremely responsive and helpful.

Great location to Park City Main St.

We’ll appointed house just 2 blocks from all the action. Great upper floor deck looking over the city, nice kitchen with high end appliances and nice sized bedrooms to spread out in. Primary suite is huge with sofa, fireplace and table to enjoy some solitude. Nice bbq and hot tub on ground floor were both enjoyable to have.

Wonderful home and location

Very pretty house with multi-levels. The house and location are ideal particularly for younger folk. The altitude and the number of stairs to get to downtown is slightly daunting for those of house in our 70's. The kids never noticed and waited patiently for the "old" people.

Short walk to town and short drive to PCMR resort base. Probably able to ski in and ski out but we had several small kids and it was easy to drive to ski school. High West Distillery and Saloon at bottom of the street where you turn up Woodside. And stairs to town just a house or two away. Great amenities and layout. Would bring my family back for sure - summer or winter.

Great house close to Main Street

Really enjoyed our stay at this house, was perfect for our family. It was so nice to have the garage to store bikes, our small gear trailer and still be able to park in the driveway. House was very clean and well stocked, as advertised. Park City was hot during our stay, the third floor definitely got warm, if we had to sleep up there it may have been uncomfortable. However, the portable A/C units on the second floor did a great job, and the master on the bottom floor was very cool and comfortable. We would absolutely consider this house again, it’s great to be 2 blocks from Main Street in a property like this, you can’t go wrong. Host was also very responsive and and answered the few questions we had during our stay.

A beautiful house with all the comforts of home.

Wow my family of 8 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and very clean home. Each bathroom is beautifully decorated and updated. My husband and I had 6 young adults with us, everyone showered after skiing and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Having the two fireplaces were really nice. The sound system was amazing as we played music most of the time we were in the house. Getting to town is so easy- two sets of stairs right by the house. We ate in town at least once a day. And yes coming home is a little more difficult but nothing a rest half way up and a few good breaths can’t fix. The house is very close to the town lift. (About 3 city blocks long - down hill) You can also get to the Quit n Time trail if you go up the stairs to the left of the house but I have to admit we did take the lazy way out and drove all the skis and skier down to the town lift and the driver left their ski boot and skis and returned the car to the house and ran back down. It was so easy. We did the same on our return trip home. It was just too hot to trudge up that hill with ski boots and skis. (We had 75 degree weather) The hot tub was just perfect after a day of skiing and even after dinner. Patti is a great host and has set up the house to be comfortable and truly a home away from home. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone. Christine

The location of this home is by perfect. Take the stairway to downy street. The 3 floors provided perfect space to accommodate privacy for the family dynamics. The host was so attentive snd very sweet. Beautiful home.

Great Location / Property/ Host

Stayed Feb 2nd - Feb 6th Group friends of 5 from NYC. 5 Minute walk to ski trail. 5 min walk to town. House had everything as described. Patti the host was great as well. Was able to provide us with contact information for airport transfers. Answered all questions with rapid response. House has 4 Bedrooms with an upside down layout (front door is on top level
Master bedroom on bottom level) 3 levels total. Master bedroom has a King and a pull out. A fireplace a huge closet and a huge bathroom ( which was a memory foam mattress, very comfortable). The next level up has 2 other bedrooms connected by a bathroom. One queen bed in one room and a full/ twin bunk in the other. The kitchen / main fireplace is also on this level. Couch is for 3 and is a pull out ( can use a lazy boy or another comfy chair). Kitchen had a great stove which was perfect for breakfast.. . The next level has another pull out sofa in a seperate bedroom with a bathroom in hallway. Bottom level off the master bedroom is the outdoor hot-tub which was great
 Such an easy trip with ski storage street level in garage. Eat breakfast, walk upstairs and gear up. 5 min walk to trail which takes you to town lift. Highly recommend ordering groceries from Instacart.. Great house /Trip highly recommended

Family ski vacation

This was our first time in Park City and we had 7 people staying at the house. My husband and all 4 adult sons and my son’s fiancĂ©. The house was the perfect size and we loved having the hot tub to relax in after skiing all day! The house was so close to Main Street. You just walked down a huge flight of steps and you were right there with lots of shops and restaurants and art galleries.
