Guest & Parking Limits
* Maximum of 8 guests, plus additional children under 6 years old
* Maximum of 4 vehicles — all must be parked in the driveway and garage (no street parking per County ordinance)

Noise & Respect
* Quiet hours: 10PM – 8AM (strictly enforced by the County)
* Hot tub hours: 8AM – 10PM (strictly enforced by the County)
* No parties, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or similar large events
* This is a family-friendly neighborhood — responsible groups welcome

Trash & Wildlife
* South Lake Tahoe is bear country! Please secure all trash in the on-site bear box.

Age & Booking Requirements
* Primary guest must be 25+ and present during the stay
* No third-party or minor bookings
