Little Limeade Lititz Cottage

Cool spot aka limeade cottage. Classy, cool, quirky, it is as unique as my spirit. Lots of green and earthy colors. Just off the beaten path- miles from the heartbeat of one of the coolest towns in the USA. Although if you get bored we are a stones throw away from “World Famous Rock Lititz” hotel and entertainment center. Grab a good meal and great drinks.
The space
This is a tiny home but it is cozy & comfy with natural floors. Country style kitchen cabinets and chef lovers range. Living room with bay window offers an abundance of natural light. Along with a cozy faux decorative fireplace for cold weather guests, and a L-shaped couch the whole family can enjoy. Bathroom has a tranquil atmosphere and a relaxing spa like soaking bathtub. Primary bedroom offers a comfy king bed with quality sheets and quilts. The second bedroom is truly tiny but still offers a super comfy queen bed with good quality bedding. end your day relaxing on the rear screened-in porch. We are pet friendly, we love woofies and putties. There is a decent yard to have your doggies out. A tremendous amount of time, energy, and effort was put into making this eclectic home, a comfy stay. Please note it is a smaller home and ceilings are not high. Overall it will be a great spot to call home and it is so close to cool, unique shops and restored breweries. Also, drive north a bit for awesome hiking trails or drive 20 minutes into Historic Lancaster City.
Please note: it is not a fully fenced in yard.

Nice Little Stay

It was very easy to find. My husband & I stayed the weekend just to get away. This place is very close to Lititz Center of Town which is what we were looking for. We had a great time in Lititz.

Perfect antiquing trip to Lancaster

Perfect location centrally located between Adamstown, Strasburg and Columbia. Home was perfect for two couples and well laid out. Owner was accommodating answering all questions quickly. Recommend the Tomato Pie diner for breakfast.

A cozy cottage that needs a ton of work and updating to rent to public. Not a pet friendly home as fenced in area was all left open. We drove up toTwo large trash bins full to max and flies everywhere. Inside smelled musty. Homeowenrr gave us a small 50 credit but really should of offered at least 1/2 refund...Will not be back.

Unit had several issues that appeared to stem from inadequate housekeeping services. For example, dirty utensils in the drawer, and some black mold on the AC unit inside the dwelling.The host appeared to be genuinely unaware due to the use of 3rd party cleaners who were likely ignoring their responsibilities. Hopefully he is able to visit the property himself occasionally to ensure it reaches his expectations in the future.Additionally, this unit is very close to a roadway, so the photos are a bit misleading.

Where to begin, didn't expect much but boy this place was not good; an open hole that a dog or toddler could easily fall into right in front of the driveway, heating was confusing and convoluted and no explanation left for the renter for anything, heating operation, tv, nada; will never stay here again! By the way not the least bit pet friendly, in fact so close to a busy highway it was iffy even with our well behaved dog.

SUPER Attentive to Guests' Needs

This is our 2nd visit to this property, both times for work. The location was ideal for our needs. On this visit we had a few particular circumstances of note. First, we didn't realize we needed to be there until the day before. Second, we needed to extend the visit on two different occasions. Third, we had a minor issue with Internet. The central theme is the ownership / management of the property. EACH of our requests was handled immediately, with professionalism and respect, and to our satisfaction. Rent this place and know that the owner is there for you of ever needed, and within minutes at that. We'll definitely be staying again.

Disappointing

We were disappointed with this house. Many of the features as listed were incorrect or inoperable. Fireplace didn’t work, screened porch had no screen at all, “spa tub” did not have a drain plug so we had no way of using it. Due to lack of screens, leaves blew in the door every time it was opened and there was no broom to sweep out the leaves. There were what appeared to be bird droppings n the windowsill above the kitchen sink. The outside trash can was completely full and due to the steep driveway we did not attempt to take it to the street. There were no clothes hangers in the closets, no can opener and no wash cloths. The only positive feature was the proximity to our family in Lititz.

I love the mountains to hike, the cool and unique structures and shops, the great places to dine, and the great historical architecture. I have 20+ years of experience operating rental homes and investment properties & have personally put tremendous time, attention, and detail into my homes.
