Another convenient airport is located in Rome and it takes 2 and a half hour-drive to reach the property.

The outdoor swimming pool is shared with 4 other neighboring owners, it is located only 2 minutes walk away from the property. The pool is peaceful and offers splendid views on the surrounding vineyards; you can enjoy it from June 15th till September 15th.

The house is situated on 3 levels. On one level you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining room. From here you can access the garden and a shaded terrace with outdoor furniture. On the next level there is a large living room with a tv and the master bedroom with a bathroom. From here you can access antother part of the garden and a private parking. Finally, two charming bedrooms overlooking vineyards and a bathroom with a shower are situated on the last level.
The house has air conditioning and heating so it is comfortable during any season.
