2025 POOL SEASON: MAY 3-SEPT 30. NOTE: THIS IS A SEMI PRIVATE POOL SHARED
ONLY WITH OUR OTHER UNIT DIRECTLY BEHIND. POOL IS FOR GUESTS ONLY, NOT
OTHER FRIENDS. Updated 3 bed/2 bath 1,800 sq. ft home w/ all the upgrades! Kitchen; granite, double oven, icemaker, large bedrooms & 20x20 duplicate of the "Round House Bar"! Heated salt water, 14x28, 4' deep built in pool! Massive pool deck with huge grilling station, frig on pool deck, lounge chairs, gazebo with gas firepit too!
The space
Upstairs; 3 bedrooms, master with king, 2nd bedroom, queen, rear / kids room; 2 queens, 2 bunk beds and pull out trundle, perfect for the kids. All rooms with flat screen TV's. Down: Kitchen, living, full bath with washer/dryer, huge shower, dining area and of course the "Round House" room is 20x20 with 6 bar stools, fridge, 55" flat screen TV. Huge sectional with pull out bed too. We also have a brand new 3 bedroom / 1 bath directly behind us , 721 Sycamore offers 3 bedroom / 1 bath if you need more space called the "Buoy House". You'll see the ad with photo of the pool too.
BRING YOUR FAMILY GATHERINGS: Rent the other unit directly behind, and or the 3 bedroom behind us. (We call it "Buoy House". )

just east of downtown 1/2 mile walk, parking on driveway and in front of home ONLY.
Other things to note
NOTE:
This is a semi private pool. It shared with our unit "The Buoy House" directly behind this home via 2 connecting back yards. Again, the only other people using the pool will be other guests renting the "Buoy House" behind which is a 3 bedroom home, max 8 people there. This was our second home. As such we are very careful about who we rent to. Must be a responsible adult, no parties, have fun, be respectful. Any party or excess noise will met with the local authorities.
Swimming Pool Waiver & Release of Liability
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY RENTING OUR HOME (DURING OPEN POOL SEASON ONLY), YOU CHOOSE TO WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.
OWNER: Kermath Realty, LLC. Address of rental, 722 Curran St. & 721 Sycamore St., Sandusky, Ohio.
Transient renters: I (we) wish to use the pool facilities at the above property.
By swimming in the pool, I recognize and fully understand certain
things, including:
1. At no time is there a lifeguard on duty.
2. Use of the pool facilities during my stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
· The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment.
· The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.
· The risk of injuries or drowning resulting from swimming in the pool.
· The risk of other injuries or drowning, resulting from participating in any action in the pool.
3. I recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks; the list only provides examples of types of risks that I am assuming.
In exchange for the Owner allowing renters to utilize the pool and area during my/our stay, I/we hereby agree to the conditions below. I/we fully intend and choose to give up the legal rights, as stated below:
1. TO WAIVE ALL CLAIMS that I/we have or may have in the future against the Owner, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the âReleaseesâ) Relating to my use of the pool and pool area.
2. TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other cost that I/we may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer in connection with my use of the Releasees pool or pool area to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES;
3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the pool or pool area.
4. That I/we am over the age of 18 and that I am responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the property.
5. That this Waiver, Release, and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon me, and my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.
6. I (we) agree quiet hours for the home & pool area begin at 10 p.m. through sunrise.
7. I/we agree not to adjust or touch any of the heater / filter / valve area of the pool.
8. If any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable,
the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. .
âą I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, UNDERSTAND AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE TERMS ABOVE.
