The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

The apartment is located in the Ondina neighborhood, a neighborhood full of bars and restaurants. The Barra-Ondina Carnival circuit ends near the property. Ondina is a strategic neighborhood as it is situated between the Barra and Rio Vermelho neighborhoods. Barra has the best beaches in the city, and Rio Vermelho is the most bohemian neighborhood.
