Superbe chalet privé sur 10 acres

Chalet spectaculaire en bord de mer avec 10 hectares privés, sur la plus belle plage
Récemment rénové, ce charmant chalet de deux étages est situé sur un terrain de 10 hectares d'une vue époustouflante, près du bout du point, près du plus ancien phare de l'île.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée et les appareils sont neufs. L'étage principal se compose d'un grand salon et salle à manger à aire ouverte avec plancher au plafond de grandes fenêtres et vue sur l'eau incroyables et des couchers de soleil, une terrasse, une salle de bains et une chambre. chalet dispose année chauffage tour tv par satellite et wifi grâce à la maison et d'un belvédère.
Le deuxième étage est un style loft avec une chambre et d'un spa comme maître bain ensuit, plus dressing .Les vues peut être apprécié à la fois de la chambre et la salle de bains.
Les lits sont de taille de reine avec ressorts ensachés. Toute la literie, les serviettes et le savon pour les mains sont fournis par nous. Cottage est super propre et bien entretenu, nouveaux appareils 2019 dans la cuisine.
Le point de vue de bord de mer sur cette propriété est dégagée. Le beau rivage est easilly accessible à pied en utilisant un sentier, nous avons créé, à 5 minutes à pied ou utilisez notre voiturette de golf pour vous rendre à la plage. L'eau est chaude surtout quand la marée est basse, merveilleux pour la natation, kayking, la plongée et la navigation de plaisance. Il y a des miles sans fin de la plage avant idéal pour la pêche aux palourdes et shorecombing.
Le chalet est un lecteur 5 minutes d'une épicerie, la gare et restaurants gaz.
Vous pouvez marcher la plage autour du point et arrêter de manger à la célèbre Point Prim Chowder House & Oyster Bar. Voté numéro un restaurant à PEI.
Point Prim Lighthouse circuits disponibles, rendez-vous au sommet de la structure en bois la plus ancienne au Canada, construit en 1845 juste en bas de la route.
À seulement 9 km est le plus sûr balnéaire pittoresque de Belfast Highland Greens Golf PEI. Situé face à la mer.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The grounds and views are incredible! We enjoyed walks on the beach and were situated so that we could drive to places all over the island. The house was very clean and had plenty of amenities like blankets, towels, washer and dryer, Keurig and an electric kettle! We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful and peaceful location

The property was just as advertised. Lovely house and an amazing view of the ocean. The adjacent beach was amazing. We walked it at least 2 times a day and despite a neighbor or two, had it all to ourselves. Great place to collect sea glass. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to do around PEI.

A lovely time

We spent a week relaxing in this beautiful cottage during the final week of June. The rural location was exactly what we were looking for and provided endless opportunities to connect with nature. A very well cared for property. The home is supplied with all the necessities and was very clean, neat and orderly. It has the most wonderful view which we enjoyed with our morning coffee every day. We used the supplied beach chairs and umbrellas at the gorgeous PEI beaches. So very happy with our choice to stay here.

Beautiful home. Exceptionally clean.

This is a beautiful place with an incredible view. It is by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The host were fabulous at communicating with us. We enjoyed the chowder house and lighthouse down the road as well as the bottle village and artist shop next door. The beach was great for treasure hunting at low tide. We would definitely recommend this lovely house.

Beautiful Home and Views

We had an amazing visit. The house was just as described. The views from the back porch were absolutely beautiful. The artistic touch to the design of the house just made it more perfect. We enjoyed exploring Point Prim and all it has to offer. The kitchen was well equipped and we made dinner several times instead of going out. The Stewart's were very responsive with any questions that we had and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely on our list of places to return to.

Amazing Point Prim Stay!

We had an amazing stay from July 7-14th. The cottage was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The cottage was our home base for the week as we day tripped to explore North Rustico, Summerside, Charlottetown and drove the coast to Basin Head. The island was beautiful but our favourite part was walking and exploring the beach in front of the cottage during low tide. The kids (3 and 5yrs old) spent hours walking, playing and collecting treasures. We enjoyed a few trips to the Point Prim Chowder House and BarVela Pizzeria which were minutes away and delicious. We would recommend this place to anyone and especially to those with kids. We had a great family vacation and would return in a heartbeat!

This property was spectacular! It was exactly as advertised and was stocked with everything needed for our vacation. We appreciated the extra touches, such as table clothes, magazines, books, beach chairs, water shoes and an abundance of towels. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets and pillows were great. We loved having the golf cart to go back and forth to the amazing beach. The chalet was immaculate and we felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. Thank-you Ayelet and Larry for your prompt replies to our questions. We highly recommend this property.

Beauty and the best

If anything the pictures do not do this property justice. It is simply one of the best places we have ever stayed at: quiet, beautiful, all the amenities one would desire, It is comfortable, and close enough to be in a city in 45 minutes. It is also close to the Confederation bike trail which we used in rides of 25 and 20 miles. There are a few places to eat on the point. The pizza place was great. About the only thing we could not figure out was the TV which was quirky to turn on. We hated to leave.

Great Location for Touring

Four friends shared the cottage for 5 nights at the end of June '18. It was spacious and had everything we needed though I didn't notice that there is no dishwasher (not a hardship). We stocked up on groceries at the Sobey's and bought cooked lobsters in North Rustico. It was a good location for touring the east side of PEI with lots to do. A highlight was the lovely Kro Gallery owned by Kathy next door. Fireworks Dinner (chef Michael Smith) at Bay Fortune and Point Prim Chowder House were culinary highlights. Especially charming was the fox family playing on our lawn.

Beautiful Location, Exceptionally clean

The house was great. It was cold while we were there and the house was nice and cozy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It’s located in a quiet rural area and there is a small convenience store close by that had all we needed to pick up for our stay. We enjoyed the beach walks. We saw seals, starfish, crabs, & even a couple of foxes on the property. Check in was a breeze. We would love to stay there in the summer sometime. It would be the perfect summer beach house. The bed was firmer than we are used to but we slept great and it’s not uncomfortable. We enjoyed being able to see the beach sitting in bed in the morning! Absolutely loved the place.

Perfect Stay

Thank you for opening your vacation home to us. Everything was perfect. The house had everything we could imagine and then some. It was super clean and easy to find. Check in process was easy too. Lovely setting, great cottage/home

The property was just as advertised. House/cottage included all the necessities and more to make our stay enjoyable. Well maintained and very clean. Owners responded right away and were very helpful with any questions that we had. Views from the house were beautiful, whether it was looking out at water and the beach at low tide, the sunsets or seeing the bald eagles fly by. Peaceful setting close to Point Prim Chowder House where you can depend on getting a delicious meal. Would recommend this location to family and friends if they are looking for a place to stay on the Island.

My name is Larry Stewart, I have lived on Prince Edward Island all my life. This is my favorite part of the island thanks to its breathtaking ocean views and rolling green fields, and authentic country charm. I am a contractor and have personally renovated this Chalet to make it beautiful ,comfortable and inviting. Ayelet, my wife (and your contact person) has furnished the chalet, and is constantly improving and buying items, and kitchen gadgets to make your stay comfortable and homey. During July and August we rent for full weeks only and checkin day check out day fall on Sunday. The rest of the time any day of the week with a minimum of 5 day stay.

Located on 10 private acres this newly renovated year round chalet, comfortable and welcoming modern style interior, accompanied by panoramic views of the ocean and...wifi .
The beach front is the nicest on Point Prim, with beautiful soft red sand unique to our island , during low tide you can walk for miles on the revealed shoreline enjoying warm water in pooltides and very vibrant sealife along the shore .

this property is private, relaxing and quiet. We keep it very clean and uncluttered. The interior is spacious with lots of windows .The front deck is sunny and warm in the morning with a coffee... the back deck is great for evening grilling and ocean views. Specious screened in gazebo for watching sunsets and enjoying the breezes .
Lovely winding walking trail through a fields of Wilde flowers and rasberry's when in season ,and the most spectaculare beach perfect for swimming , beach combing and just relaxing...The chalet is newly renovated so it is modern and comfortable with a very relaxed atmosphare, the house is a year round house with ceiling fans in every room and central heating for cooler days. a washer/ dryer adds to the convenience and a whairlpool tub in the specious upstairs bathroom is perfect for relaxing while looking out at the ocean view. and ...wifi throuout the cottage, also installed a heat pump so there is air conditioning in the. Cottage.
