Close to ao many things...brewery, elk, stores, etc... the house is amazing! Beautiful property. Wish I would of brought my kayak. Everything was great!

Easy Street on the River was the perfect place for our family. The home was clean, had a well supplied kitchen, and was very comfortable. The kids especially enjoyed the swing, large yard for playing baseball, and the river access for fishing.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We will certainly rebook in the future.

This property was absolutely beautiful and spacious! It was so clean and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need! It is in such a perfect and relaxing location with beautiful views out every huge window. Check-in and out was very simple and James communicated very well.It rained while we were there so we couldn't take advantage of the outside space, but it had a nice fire pit area to relax with family and a huge grassy area for family activities.The beds were very comfortable, and every room including kitchen and bathrooms were spotless! All of the finishes are high-end and the amount of care and pride that went into building this house is obvious! Make sure you look at the photo book on the history and the construction of this wonderful property! It is definitely a feel-good story! We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed overnite for a wrestling tournament in the area. This is a great option as opposed to a hotel!

The house was fabulous with everything we needed plus more. Very clean, well suited for families of all ages, great outdoor patio, fire pit, river nearby, rails to trails, and lots of room to spread out. No complaints! When in Clearfield visiting family, we'll stay again.

Best place ever

The place is amazing. It was so clean and decorated perfect. We cooked meals and the kitchen was set up great for that. There are outdoor games and a fire pit, which make being outside on the porch even better! We will be staying there again.

Gorgeous Home on the Rails to Trails

We loved how well stocked the house was, making our stay a breeze. We loved being across from the rails to trails gave us more time to exercise, spend time with family and relax. We will come back!

Wonderful Contemporary Spacious House

We totally loved the big, comfy living room and the huge backyard. The host had tons of board games and stuff to play with all over the place. Plus, there were loads of windows, so the place was always bright and sunny. We had a blast in this house!
