Our family and fur babies enjoyed our long weekend away at the cabin. The cabin was very warm and welcoming the minute we walked through the door. The homemade sweet treats were an added bonus and very delicious. Peggy was very communicative throughout our booking and arrival day. Thank you for sharing your little slice of Heaven with us!

Great cabin, with everything you need. It’s the second time staying here. Peggy is a very nice hostess. Easy to communicate with. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. Nice to bring along our dog too.

The cabin was so cozy and the perfect setting for our family to gather for Thanksgiving! We love how close it is to State Parks and feels so secluded and Peggy's bread and muffins were so delicious! We're so grateful for the memories we made at Cedarwood Lodge!

A great home base for exploring the Pennsylvania Wilds

The owner really pays attention to details and is very welcoming with homemade goodies and extras. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful stay!

The cabin felt secluded but still near enough to town to easily get supplies. The only thing I wish we had was wifi, but other than that everything was perfect!

Dear Jacob - You have zeroed in on a major reason why we bought the cabin. We loved the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but also loved the easy accessibility to civilization and shopping! The 8 acres are surrounded by forest but just 2/10ths of a mile down a unpaved lane off a PA State Route and just 4 miles north of a PA I-80 exit. Internet is currently available only on guest cell phones or devices with data. Many guests appreciate tuning out the outside world for a few days but for those that must access the internet during their stay, there is free WiFi available at the mini-mart in Penfield, PA a few miles away. I'm glad you found everything else perfect! Thank you for coming and for submitting a review of your stay. We would love to host you again if your travels bring you to the PA Wilds in the future. Amazing cabin experience

The cabin was even better than the pictures. It was a great place to relax after festival vending event. It was clean and the scenery was beautiful.

A wonderful stay in the woods of PA!

This was a lovely cabin that perfectly met our needs. It is secluded and near tons of beautiful hiking. We were so lucky to (accidentally) book around peak foliage in PA making the stay exceptionally beautiful!

Great cabin to relax.

We enjoyed the inside wood burning fire place. Our pups also enjoyed it. Very clean and we will return.
