Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This home does not have A/C. - Please note that the shared hot tubs are not guaranteed during the summer season. - Please note that the dryer is ventless so it may take some time for heavy items to dry. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - Please note that the elevator is out of order until early November for all Resort Plaza units. - As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Annual Anniversary Ski Trip
We loved the location of this property, especially with our little grandchildren. Such a quick and easy walk to ski school. The property was clean and the management team was responsive when issues arose.

Excellent condo and helpful team
The condo is great. It’s a bit dated, the carpet could be replaced, but it was clean, tidy, and comfortable. It was prefect for our family of six. Location couldn’t be better. The team was super responsive and helpful.

We arrived around midnight and followed the video sent to us to find the unit. The video was for the wrong building and wrong floor. There are 3 different buildings for this complex (east, west, the 3rd bldg). So it was not fun to spend 30min figuring it out at midnight amd no1 to call bec it was after hours. Secondly, the wifi was not working. They kept calling the on site mgmt, and it did turn on periodically but too slow to do a zoom meeting on. After multiple times contacting avant, it never got fixed, they kind of gave up. My wife contacted on site mgmt and they instructed her to reset the router behind the living room tv, but there was not a router there. We left 1 day early bec I needed stable wifi for a zoom meeting on my laptop. The unit is in an excellent location, but the pool and jacuzzi are at the condos near jackson base camp (another building), so it is freezing to get back to the unit. Also, the unti is directly above a bar with music playing all day. That was not a bad thing except the 2nd day when a few of us wanted to nap after late traveling the day b4.

The property location was awesome -- the condo was clean , the beds were great. The problems --parking is a joke, the listing advertised grills and there were none (we use grills most nights) -- the kitchen had 0 small pans, the dishwasher was stuck on auto,the TVs work about 50%,
You did not GIVE us the door code to the building and we waited an hour to get inside. The elevator was broken the last day so we had to carry 8 pcs. of luggage down 3 floors, Also, there were no instructions on what to do with the garbage or how to get signed into WIFI..

Park City Condo
Great location in center of PCM Resort. Convenient to everything we needed. Easy bus/shuttle access within 100 yards of unit that connects with downtown, Deer Valley, etc for free. Limited restaurants in PCM Resort but Main Street is a short shuttle away with tons of restaurants and shopping.
The unit was perfect, clean and up to date. Had a few issues upon arrival but the management at AvantStay was excellent. They responded to every question/request immediately...if I could have rated them more than 5 stars I would have. They even sent a staff member over to correct a minor issue.
No ski storage in building that we were aware of but we rented from a nearby store that included ski storage for free each day.
They provided hair dryers in each bathroom. Plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, etc just like a hotel room. We used the washer/dryer in the unit only once while we were there but it was perfect.
Nice touch with two bottles of complimentary wine when we arrived.
We would definitely stay here again!
