The spot!!!

One of the best rentals I've stayed at not only was the house super nice, the location is in a nice quiet neighborhood couldn't ask more for a weekend getaway. House is right on the river so you can float to the back yard and get out at the house perfect!!! I cannot describe how much fun this place is!!!!

Beautiful Home with River View

Joe and Cindy had excellent communication leading up to our stay. We knew exactly where to go and how to access the place. Once we arrived, they made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The Rivers Edge is a newly renovated home that sits on the river and is absolutely gorgeous and cozy. We will definitely stay here again.

Remodeled probably a decade ago making it fashionable and functional. It's right on the Yakima River with plenty of ducks, deer, and other wildlife. I'm holding back one star due to 3 broken appliances (microwave, toaster, and Keurig) and noisy neighbors on the weekend. The neighbors to the right had a loud outdoor speaker with bass regularly playing and even asked to enter the property to access the river with floats. Across the river tends to be busy as well due to a camp. Folks set up chairs on the water facing the house. We anticipated more privacy from the listing, but that may not be a big deal to the average renter. This really is a lovely property. Host was very responsive, informing us by email and text of a temporary power outage.

We have been bringing our 4 daughters to the areas since they were little, and though they are all grown up now, the love for this community remains. Just a short drive from Seattle, you are instantly transported to a whole different world!
