The view from this home was beautiful, and its location within the community really made it feel specialâhad it been elsewhere, it wouldnât have had the same impact. The house itself was very clean and well cared for.The game room and extra living room were absolutely essential for our large group. The younger generation could play, be loud, and burn off energy in their own space after dark, while others were able to rest quietly upstairs. The soundproofing between the basement and upper levels was surprisingly good. The dining room table comfortably accommodated 10 people when using the leaves, and the bar seating with three stools was a great bonus for extra seating and gathering space. A few important things for future guests to be aware of: the driveway is fairly steep, and with snow it took time to figure out safe and workable parking options. The hot tub was a nice feature, but it is very open and visible to nearby neighbors, which may feel uncomfortable if privacy is important to you.The stairs were a challenge for members of our group with knee and hip issues. There isnât a way to avoid themâaccessing the kitchen requires going up stairs, and getting to the car requires going down. This made daily movement more difficult for us and is something mobility-limited guests should seriously consider before booking.Overall, the home worked well for a large group in terms of space, layout and location.
