Great location and house!

We had a great stay at this property. Easily walking distance to campus and a quiet courtyard where our boys could play. The house was clean and comfortable, we had no issues. Hope to stay here again for a game weekend in the future!

Tuskegee U Homecoming Weekend!

The newness and location of this property made it great! All of the essentials (toiletries, linens, dishes, etc.) were there. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom’s walk-in shower was great. The property’s parking lot was convenient and felt safe. The only thing that I would say that needs to be added is the actual square footage of the place on the listing. Although the space was adequate, the pictures give the living space a larger appearance and it is not spacious - can’t say that I would put 4 people in this property. I would also suggest putting an extra set of towels in the closet. Overall, great short term rental.

Great spot for game day!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottages! They were new, clean and comfy and had all of the necessities to make our stay really comfortable. We were walking distance to downtown Auburn, the stadium and our son’s apartment. The bed was a queen but it was comfortable and the sheets were great! The unit had fresh towels and all you would need in the kitchen for coffee and making meals. We also really appreciated the washer & dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

perfect Auburn nest

This tiny house/cottage was perfect for visiting my student at Auburn. Every "basic" need was supplied, and the cottage had lovely "extra" touches - like incredibly soft throw blankets on the living room sofa - that made it a really enjoyable stay. The spaces were well thought out, and the finishes made it seem like you could have been in a 5-star hotel - but with more room to spread out and relax. The only improvement I would suggest would be for the management to make sure that a number is clearly listed in the welcome email for any weekend or after hours emergencies (like an access code not working.)

Wonderful Cottage

Once again a great place to stay. Perfect location to campus and downtown. Quiet. Would be great if there were sponges/scrubbing pads provided under the sink to clean dishes
and one size larger fry/sauté pan would be very helpful. Otherwise all was great! Thank you!

Wonderful place

Great little cottage in a good location. Walking distance to downtown Auburn, shops, dining and University. Fully stocked with plenty amenities to cook and stay comfortably. Really enjoyed our place! Will book again in the future!

Great Cottage and Competition for the Auburn Hotel

The cottage was lovely and well appointed. The property manager was highly responsive to our requests. It was conveniently located to campus and my favorite restaurant 1856 at the Laurel Hotel. I would stay here again as I love to be able to sit outside and drink my coffee or have a glass of wine.

Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed in this precious cottage for parents weekend and loved the location as it was walkable to Jordan Hare stadium. It was so close to campus, parking was perfect and it was comfortable and decorated beautifully. We will definitely stay there again!
