Great Beachfront Property

Overall a great stay. Couple minor issues like towels that needed to be retired (stained), old AC that had a hard time keeping up and property is right next to the public beach access so very busy. And the property could use come updating. But the beachfront view made it all ok! Yes would stay here again.

Wonderful Beach House

House just as described and perfectly situated on a quiet part of the beach. It was wonderful to just walk out to the beach with the kids whenever we wanted, without worrying about shoes and supplies. The house did have a box of sand toys and a working umbrella when we rented in October 2024. We had issues getting in to the house the first day due to the key pad being low on battery, and the maintenance guy was super responsive and quick, especially for it being a Sunday evening. Company was very communicative with instructions and what to expect.

Wonderful Cottage and Location

My family had a wonderful time during our vacation at "Sand and Surf". We couldn't have asked for a nicer cottage or location. Even with some rainy weather, we all still had a great time due to the lovely ocean views and the fun game room downstairs. We hope to stay at "Sand and Surf" again next year.

Found the perfect place for a last-minute getaway!

It was just me and my dog, but this place would be perfect for a family. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and the rooms were very clean. The location was perfect and just steps from the ocean. After a day on the beach, we enjoyed watching the ocean from the deck. My dog had a blast. We will definitely rent again!

OMG Amazing

The location of this property is amazing the beach house is right on the beach! We had 10 people stay there for a week and it was more than enough space. We were close to grocery store no more than 15 min away. I do think that the walk way to the beach could be trimmed up a little there was some over growing plants that could be cut that's it. Overall i would definitely stay there again.

Feral Girls Week

This place was perfection!! Spent most of our time on the back deck steps away from the sand, the gate allows for your pet to be outside and secure, the sunrises were amazing, the bed was comfortable!!!! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Great Location

Perfect location, walk out to the beach. Building was noisy on the weekend when other units were rented. Some of the furniture (outside) and utensils was needing repair/replacement. Amenities says kayak/canoe - reached out to owner to determine if this was the rental across the street but they never replied. Lots (too many) automated emails upon booking, but owner did not respond to my emails.

An enjoyable experience.

We enjoyed our time at this property. The host was an excellent host. Great communication. The property itself met every need. Our family had. The large deck with a gate provided a great opportunity for our pet to spend time outside and not have to be supervised necessarily. we had great neighbors during our stay and hope to book this property again in order to bump into our new friends again. We will definitely come back. We found a few things that needed to be addressed and communicated that to the host she was appreciative. I think we can do better as guest and letting the host know , when certain things need to be addressed like a coffee maker, that doesn’t function correctly. Betsy, we appreciate you, ensuring our spring break vacation was a good one. It was!
