Dream On #145 - Private boat dock, short walk to the beach, dog friendly!

Welcome to Dream On #145, a quintessential Topsail Beach cottage, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home! Located on the quiet south end of Topsail Island, Dream On #145 offers sprawling sound views with a private boat dock for you to enjoy! Guests can bring or rent a boat, jet skis, kayaks, or paddleboards and dock right at the house for the duration of your stay and enjoy endless hours exploring the sound of Topsail Island. Kayaks and paddleboards can be launched right from the floating dock, and the fenced in yard is a great for those who want to bring their dog along on vacation (an additional non-refundable fee of $300 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed).

Guests will enter the house from the main floor deck and will be welcomed into the clean, coastal kitchen with bar seating for 4 and a dining area with seating for 6. The living room offers comfortable seating and canal front deck access with long range views of the sound. A queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room for an additional sleeping space. There are four bedrooms, each with a TV and access to one of two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king sized bed with canal views and has a Jack and Jill bathroom that is shared with the bunkbed room featuring two twin over twin bunk beds. The other two bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed and each have access to the shared second Jack and Jill bathroom.

The back deck overlooking the canal with long range sound views is great place to relax at any time of the day to enjoy the sights and sounds that Topsail has to offer. Guests can access their boat or other watercraft on the private dock or enjoy fishing directly off the dock in the canal. The covered carport offers a two-seater swing, great for curling up with a good book and enjoying the cool ocean breeze. The public beach access is a short walk down the street with pristine beaches that are never crowded waiting for you to soak up the sun or try your hand at surf fishing. There is an outdoor shower located in the carport for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A full sized washer and dryer are located in lower level storage room (not pictured). Dogs are welcome! Please note the boat lift is not available for guest use.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
