"Villa Vanda" a peaceful and luxurious stay

Villa Vanda was built in 2015 and is set on land of about 2.600sqm, 117sqm of which comprises the main house and 1000sqm makes up an outdoor relaxation oasis, including an amazing swimming pool of 12x6m, a large yard of about 500sqm and a separate private oasis of fruit & olive trees. The outside space also includes two wonderful verandas ideal for hosting lunches and dinners. To compliment this fantastic property, our Guests can access a private roof terrace with a fantastic panoramic view.

The space
From the front veranda (Patio) our Guests can access the Villa which opens its doors into a very spacious kitchen and a cosy living room. With a touch of magic, the living room can be transformed into another separate room with a very comfortable sofa bed.

Through the kitchen arch door, our Guests can access the sleeping area which consists of two very good-sized bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with every convenience. Also located via the kitchen, our Guests can access the main veranda (Patio) overlooking the amazing swimming pool and the relaxing garden. The outdoor area is also equipped with a second bathroom , two external showers. ( one heated and one cold) and a small swimming pool veranda.

The Villa has air conditioning throughout all rooms and the water is provided directly from an artesian well underneath the property.

Outside the main veranda, there is also a Barbecue area comprising a large barbecue, plenty of storage and an external sink. No parties are allowed at any time within the property.

The Villa has private electronic pedestrian and car gates, is fully alarmed and, for additional peace of mind, is also protected 24h a day with a Security Service. The parking space at the entrance of the Villa can accommodate up to six cars.

Guest access: Our Guests can access the entire property.
Other things to note:
- “Villa Vanda” is not wheelchair accessible. Please inform us during the booking phase if support is needed.
- Guests are strongly recommended to rent a car. All major car rentals are available in all the local airports.

Getting around

“Villa Vanda” occupies a unique position a short distance from Brindisi Airport (22km) and the amazing beaches of the Adriatic coast. Our Guests can also easily access Taranto (53km), Lecce (59km) and Bari (117km) airports.

La Famila supermarket is just 4km away. Other local food stores are available in San Vito dei Normanni (1km away)

Ostuni, “the White City” (La citta’ bianca) which is known for it’s whitewashed old town, is located at only 14 km from the property. Ostuni Cathedral combines Gothic, Romanesque and Byzantine elements, while the arched Porta San Demetrio is one of two remaining medieval gates. Other very picturesque cities are located all around the area: Carovigno (6km), Specchiolla marina (10km), Ceglie Messapica (19km), San Michele Salentino (8km), Cisterino (31km), Francavilla Fontana (20.9km), Fasano (43km), Martina Franca (35km), Locorotondo (40km) and Alborello (45km) to name a few.

At only 14 minutes by car, our Guests can enjoy the peaceful sound of the beautiful Adriatic sea with its clear blue waters . From the Natural Reserve of Torre Guaceto (9.1km) to beaches such as Cala Quarto di Monte (28km), Torre Pozzelle (22km), Rosa Marina (28km), Torre Santa Sabina (17km), Gorgognolo (25km) Pilone (29km) and Polignano (20km). “Villa Vanda” is located in a very quite and secure area in San Vito dei Normanni in the breathtaking area of upper SALENTO in PUGLIA (Apulia) region, at the border of the beautiful VALLE D'ITRIA (D’ITRIA Valley) and only 6km away from the amazing Natural Reserve and Protected Marine area of Torre Guaceto.

San Vito dei Normanni is a town of 19,947 inhabitants of the province of Brindisi in Apulia. The inhabitants are called Sanvitesi (or Santuvitisi in the local dialect) and the town is sometimes referred to as San Vito.

The town is located in the northeast of the Salento plains and it is located 9km from the fantastic beaches of the Adriatic coast.
