The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Similar to our other location, you will be minutes from Creekside Shopping Center, Historical Gruene, restaurants, entertainment as well as rivers and Canyon Lake! Inside the home, you can enjoy time with your family or friends cooking or just hanging out. The home is also equipped with an office space and Wifi for business needs as well as movie room to lounge and watch your favorite movie or show on a large screen TV. You will feel right at home during your stay! Please reach out if you have any questions and time! We are happy to assist!

Weekend Getaway

Weekend Getaway for a Schlitterbaun day at the water park. The house was in a great neighborhood, very clean and the owners responded very quickly to any questions we had. Home was close to shopping centers, grocery stores and gas stations. Great stay we would book again

Great location and owner

Had a great stay, property was clean and close to many things! Owner was very communicative and would have been easy to get in touch with if we needed her, but we didn't! Would stay again if we needed to be in this location!

Great location for our purpose. Our kids were at camp that week and it was nearby. The house was pretty much as advertised. Sparsely decorated. Needs some maintenance. But was what we needed. Good for the price. The owners were very responsive. The internet was down and they got it fixed promptly. We needed some extra toilet paper and garbage bags. They got them to us quickly.

Very roomy

Lots of space in this house and great, fast communication with Elizabeth the host. Could use another couch/love seat/chair in the downstairs living room. Upstairs carpeting is dated, but house was clean and perfect for our quick one night stay.

Very comfortable, especially for sleeping.

Great property for a large group or family with kids, giving privacy of separate rooms. The kitchen and dining area are perfect size for a large group. There's an upstairs and downstairs living area, giving options for people to watch different things on TV. The house numbers weren't very noticeable, which was a little confusing, but nothing we couldn't get through. There was an issue with the TV and internet, but the host addressed it and fixed it almost immediately. Great host. Would stay here again if in the area.

Not as Advertised

We were disappointed with our stay. The first amenity listed was a hot tub. There was no hot tub. The second amenity was a washing machine. It was there, but didn't work. There were multiple maintenance issues that came up during our stay - a door handle fell off, a faucet handle fell off, lights that kept going dim, and a drip that kept an area wet (known before we arrived). The property manager was slow to respond - more than 24 hours later! There was not enough seating in the living room. The place sleeps 7, but there is only a 3-seat sofa on the first floor.The beds were comfortable and the linens were decent.

FANTASTIC STAY!

Our stay could not have been better! Perfect communication start to finish. The host is so friendly and had very easy and clear directions and instructions. The home is very clean and smells fantastic. The temperature in the home was very cool and perfect during the Texas summer heat. There were six of us traveling together and we all found the accommodations to be very comfortable. Plenty of clean towels, TP and toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The kitchen table seats everyone comfortably. Plenty of room to spread out in this home. The location is conveniently located to the grocery, town and i35. Highly recommend if you are looking for a lot of room and a very comfortable place to stay!

Good Enough

We attended a wedding locally and just needed a place to stay the night. This house served our purpose. It was hot! There is no control of the AC, so be prepared for warm sleep. There is only one couch that will seat 3 comfortably, so if you have a party larger than 3 be prepared to sit on the floor. For one night it was okay, but couldn't stay more than one there. The cost is more than a hotel locally and has no amenities making the house rental over priced. This is not a place you'd want to spend any length of time in. It's just a bed, no more. And, did I mention it's a hot house with no control of the AC because it's locked by the owners?!

Not bad but they need to make some changes

Mixed emotions about this place. Rented this for our family to meet for Thanksgiving. Son & DIL have new baby so didn’t want to invade their house with a large group. This house seemed mostly clean but could use lots of minor repairs and updating. The carpet had lots of stains but bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Kitchen seemed well stocked but we didn’t stay for meals or hanging out because there was little seating in the living room and only one rack in the oven so cooking a large meal was impossible. Had to go to our son’s house to hang out. Had hoped for larger place for us to gather. Master bed sinks in the middle but everyone else said beds were very comfortable. I guess I just feel like they need to try a little harder. I guess I’m a VRBO snob but this is just ok if you just need a place to sleep. Not really anyplace you want to hang out much. Too bad too because they were very responsive and helpful. Hopefully they will make changes soon.
