About this space
Completely separate back house with a living room, kitchenette, breakfast table and private separate bedroom with two twin beds. The living room has a brand new sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and brand new TV! Extremely quiet. Gated pool complete with a hammock and loungers for the adults! Home is nestled in the foothills of San Gabriel Valley - 24 miles to downtown LA and 27 miles to Disneyland. Azusa Pacific University and University of La Verne are minutes away. Close to the Metro.
The space
There is a main house in front of the back house. The entry is through the side gate. There is a picture of the main house on the site. The cottage is completely separate and private.
Guest access
You are more than welcome to use the pool. There is also a grass area in the back yard for children to play on. Pool is gated for safety.
