Situé à Badger Court au coeur de Spring Brook Resort, cette maison de six chambres de grande taille a toutes les commodités pour faire de votre prochain voyage Dells un succès. Profitez des commodités du complexe ou profitez des nombreuses fonctionnalités intérieures et extérieures de la maison, y compris un grand espace terrasse, un barbecue à gaz et un immense patio à pied situé à quelques pas de la maison. L'élégant bouleau peut accueillir un maximum de 14 personnes.

Le niveau principal de la maison comprend trois chambres et deux salles de bain complètes. La suite parentale est meublée d'un lit king-size et d'une télévision. La salle de bain principale ultime a une baignoire, une douche à l'italienne et une cheminée. Les autres chambres au niveau principal sont équipées d'un lit queen-size dans l'une et d'un lit double dans l'autre. L'heure du repas est un plaisir dans la cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers de grande taille, de nombreuses armoires et un îlot de cuisine avec évier et coin bar. Profitez des repas de vacances dans la salle à manger adjacente pouvant accueillir huit personnes. Pour la détente, retirez-vous dans le grand salon avec un foyer au gaz en pierre et une télévision à écran plat montée au-dessus.

Les clients seront étonnés de ce que le niveau inférieur a à offrir. Le sous-sol fini spacieux a trois chambres à coucher et une troisième salle de bain complète. Les chambres sont équipées de lits king-size et d'une télévision. Le point culminant du niveau inférieur est la grande grotte amusante comprenant une table de billard, un bar avec réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, une causeuse, un canapé-lit queen et une télévision à écran plat. Parfait pour des événements sportifs ou une soirée cinéma! Internet sans fil est fourni dans toute la maison. Une buanderie au sous-sol avec laveuse et sécheuse est également disponible pour les clients.

L'élégant bouleau accepte les animaux de compagnie - maximum de deux chiens de taille moyenne, désolé, aucun chat n'est autorisé. La maison est une promenade confortable ou un court trajet en voiture du Spring Brook's Clubhouse, qui abrite le Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, des piscines intérieure / extérieure, une salle de fitness, un parcours de golf et un pro shop. Holiday getaway

With 4 couples, a teenager and 3 kids under 10, this was the perfect place! Plenty of space and close to other places in the Dells. There were a few minor things that could be updated on the property (smart TV, refrigerator, pool), but we had a fantastic time!

Great place to get together with our siblings from Michigan and Minnesota. The home was well equipped for sleeping, gathering and preparing meals. There were 11 of us and it accommodated us well.

Great location

We enjoyed that there were 5 king size beds and one queen and 2 refrigerators. Also the indoor and outdoor pools were only 3 blocks away. When we had a concern the Springbrook staff responded right away. Nice yard for games. Nice deck with outdoor seating.

Great Wisconsin Dells property

We stayed for one week. We had 6 adults and three children 3 and under. 3 of the bedrooms have king beds which we loved. Queen beds in some rooms. Very clean and the pool and playground nearby are great for kids. Very centrally located. Easy to work with Springbrook rentals. Great backyard for having s’mores or just relaxing by a fire.

Great house!

House was great. Just as advertised. Only issue is that there is no screen door. So bugs got in because we spent a lot of time outside. Some other very minor issues but did not take from an overwise great stay!

Nice property

Nice property. The house was spacious and very clean. Two levels offered plenty of room for kids activities and adult visiting. TV in every bedroom and Living Room. Well equipped kitchen except for shortage of coffee mugs. Could use some newer skillets and more silverware. Great large deck and large backyard with patio and fire pit. Front porch with chairs and porch swing out. Location was great just a few minutes from stores restaurants water parks and other attractions. We would stay here again.

Great place for a large group getaway

The property had everything promised. We could even borrow a DVD Player from the office. But there were no staples such as sugar and coffee creamer and the supplies of dish washer tablets were insufficient for our group that loves to cook and eats at home. Two hangers were found in most closets while two had 6 - 8 hangers. Spread the wealth around! The wood on the deck beneath the outdoor tables was rotten and it is dangerous for people to walk on it. We left the tables over the dangerous spot.

Family Vacation

The property space was good for our group of 14. However the property needs some major improvements in the following areas: Carpet in general all over was stained, dirty and needs replacing. Upstairs living room furniture was very worn and ripped. Downstairs bedroom mattresses were worn out and soft. Master bedroom mattress was also worn out. We also had major issues with the grill on the deck not working. Linens on the beds were stained and too small to fit the mattresses. Deck needed major painting and was unsafe for children to walk on with bare feet. Kitchen sink faucet needed repair as it would not turn. The property also smelled like smoke and had several cigarette burns on the floor. With family members having asthma this was very unhealthy as the propery was supposed to be smoke free. Overall we were very disappointed with the overall condition of the property. With all the improvements needed i do not feel we had a good experience with this rental. I feel the cost was excessive for the condition of the property. I feel that there should be some level of discount or reimbursement due to the inaccurate description of the property condition.

Family trip

This place could use a good cleaning and some updates. The carpet and rugs need a shampoo. I would definitely take any specific cooking items you may need and larger coffee mugs. The remote in living room didn't work well . The house size was great for our group. We enjoyed the pool which was just the right size for the kids who are under 2. Ordered from bar and grill and the food was good. Would stay on property again but try a different house maybe cleaner.

Great family trip.

Plenty of room for 8 adults and 6 kids under 12. Bunk beds would have been great for one bedroom though. We had a great time! Plenty of bath towels but bring your own pool towels. The pool area is smaller than expected and the water was a bit cool but the hot tub felt great. A couple opportunities for improvements would be: DVD player, replace the pullout sofa mattress, more hot water for multiple showers, large coffee cups. Maybe add reminders to the listing-Bring your own: sofa blankets, coffee filters, salt & pepper and laundry soap. Great location and easy check in and out!

Worked out great!!

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay at elegant birch. The large kitchen and family room was the gathering place and it worked out great. I would suggest a few more coffee mugs and dishes that are usually available in large house rentals.

Very accommodating, kitchen needs better outfitting

Worked very good for an extended famget together. Bedrooms very comfortable and two good living area. Only issue was the kitchen needs to be restocked. House was to accommodate 14 but lacked plates, bowls and glasses for that count. Plus there were no mixing bowls or containers. Thankfully we had planned ahead and brought some of our own. Likewise the pots and pans left a lot to be desired. Would also suggest a crock pot or two. More towel racks and/or hooks are needed in the bathrooms or bedrooms

Nice area and large home

Overall this was a great place to stay! Pros- -very nice area - very nice large updated home -nice fire pit -close to everything but not in the middle of the action Cons- -the master bedroom has zero privacy and you can hear EVERY single noise being made in the living room and kitchen. Paper thin walls. Don’t sleep in that room without earplugs. -mattresses and bedding in every room are CHEAP and hard as a rock. For the price it takes to stay here they should have decent mattresses and bedding. -kitchen did not have everything we needed to cook at home. No pasta pot, no salt and pepper or condiments.

Awesome house!

We rented this house because our daughter got married in Baraboo. We stayed in the bedrooms on the main floor with my mother in law and the wedding party took over the downstairs. There was plenty of room for everyone. The bathrooms are large. The master bath was so large that we were able to do hair and makeup for three girls at the same time in that bathroom! It was a perfect set up for us! The kitchen could have been better supplied with large serving bowls and platters (given the capacity of the house), but we managed. We are just used to kitchens being fully stocked for entertainment. After all the wedding festivities were over we were able to enjoy the golf and pool within the resort. Really, we could not have asked for a house more perfect for our scenario!

Fun Group Getaway

Our group of ten + 2 dogs enjoyed staying at this property for a weekend ski trip. The house is spacious and the staff at the resort was accommodating and generally great. We want to come back here in the high season as well.
