The ULTIMATE family or group hangout awaits in the heart of all the action Downtown Wisconsin Dells!!!

This spacious home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 15 people comfortably.

ARCADE GAME ROOM!! Guests of all ages will enjoy themselves with the game room that includes a multicade arcade game, Buck Hunter, foosball table, karaoke stage or kids entertainment stage and Roku TV. There is even a SLIDE that goes into the game room! For our littlest guests, there’s also a spaceship wall busy board and an adorable toddler play kitchen—perfect for imaginative play and hours of hands-on fun.

OUTDOOR HANGOUT HEAVEN! Basketball sport court, kids playhouse with slide & swings, screened porch, and gas grill.

The open floor plan has a cozy living room with a fireplace, dream kitchen for cooking shared meals & boasts an enormous island with bar stools & abundant cabinetry.

5 BEDROOMS+! In addition to the 5 bedrooms (1 queen bedroom on main floor, all other bedrooms upstairs), the living room has a pullout couch with a bed and the game room has a queen bed and futon.

Rates are based on 10. An extra guest fee of $15 per guest per night applies.

Indoor slide is for kids only. >100lb weight limit.

Highly recommend! This property is a 2-3 minute walk to the downtown Dells area. The game room and backyard were perfect to occupy the kids in our family aged 2-12. The owners were very responsive. Just a heads-up, the kitchen is not stocked with any seasonings, foil/bags, Tupperware or serving dishes, but it does have plenty of pots and pans. We would stay at this property again!

What a fun experience staying here. Our kids had a blast on the slide, playing basketball, playing on the swing set and they even put on a little show on the stage. Walking distance from all the cute local shops and a short drive to water parks. Wonderful communication with the host as well!

This was a fantastic property to rent for our annual multi-family vacation. It’s in walking distance from the main “strip” in the Dells, and had an amazing big open field/park across the way. The layout of the house was amazing for the four families that stayed here- and, the kids LOVED the game room. It was a great hangout where everyone got to have their own space, and yet there were plenty of large common areas when the group was together. The host was really helpful in bringing us laundry detergent and even some extra games during our stay (the 2 washer/dryers were clutch for our big group!). Would absolutely stay here again!

The Downtowner is clean & spacious in a quiet neighborhood. It is perfect for a family with young kids. The kids especially enjoyed the game room. We would stay here again!

Wisconsin Dells Getaway

This was a great place and location to stay in Wisconsin Dells! It was a convenient walk to everything downtown and not have to pay for parking.The house was great with lots of room for our family of 15 to spread out and enjoy! It had everything we needed plus games for the kids to play (arcade, indoor slide, playground, and basketball court.

Schools out vacay

Three generations staying at this beautiful home. Location quiet yet walkable to shopping. Close to water parks. The basketball court, stage and inside slide were a hit with the kids. Look forward to returning next year as we want to make this vacay an annual experience.

Family Spring Break

We had a mix of adults and children and loved our stay! The house is walking distance to downtown, but also had plenty of space if you stay inside! The kids loved the playroom and the adults hung around the kitchen island. We didn’t get to take advantage of the outside area due to weather but the porch and yard are beautiful.We are already talking about going back!

The house and location couldn’t have gotten any better. The only 2 complaints I heard from people staying with us were they wished there were tvs in all the bedrooms. Also for the amount of money and all the people that can stay in the house they wished the kitchen was a little better stocked. Overall if nothing changes I’d still recommend this place and I’d love to stay here again!
