With its meticulously designed interiors, fully stocked kitchen, newly renovated full bathroom, and private deck, you're in for a treat that's both relaxing and whimsical.
** The Guest House has a separate access gate, code will be provided during check in. You you will have complete privacy.**

✓ After your stay, we request that you wash any remaining dishes. We pay our cleaners fairly and they have a big job to turnover the house and sanitize for the next guests. Your appreciation for their hard work can be shown by not leaving excessive mess behind.

Guests will have access to the entire guest house and outdoor spaces around the house. No access to the main house. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions 48 hours before their arrival through the booking platforms app and email.

** To protect our guests and ourselves, there is an outdoor motion sensor camera on and recording 24/7. No cameras inside the home for our guests' privacy.

Nice peaceful stay
We really enjoyed our stay - the place was very nice and everything we needed for our short weekend get-a-way to attend a friend's wedding. If not mentioned in the listing, it needs to be said that the driveway is VERY tight and you will be backing up onto a 2-lane winding road where cars are going 45mph, and there is no way to turn your car around - we were in a Ford F-150, short bed. Trees overhead at the street and on the driver's side need to be trimmed as they were scraping our truck when driving in and opening the doors. If the fences at the street were angled back like the main house, this might be helpful to provide a bit more visibility to the oncoming traffic and maybe a little space where you could back up onto the shoulder instead of right onto the street. Better signage is also needed from the main house gate to the guest house gate. The code we were given actually worked on the main house's gate (homeowner) which we mistakenly entered and then had to wait for the gate to open so we could back out as there was no way to turn around. The house and location were great! We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the Dripping area.
