This view is so gorgeous you will never want to leave. Ahwatukee is a suburb of Phoenix and is very family friendly and close to everything the metro Phoenix has to offer.
Step inside to the welcoming open concept kitchen, dining and living room. This entire area looks out toward the preserve view. The kitchen is fully equipped with tons of counter space and has a great breakfast bar for family and friends to gather while meal prep is underway. There is a full sized laundry room off the kitchen and leads to the garage. This garage has only one space available for parking under cover. There is plenty of room in the driveway or on the street for other cars.

The living room and dining room have a special style that you are sure to enjoy. The super comfy sofa also is a queen sofa bed for extra sleeping. There is a 65" TV that can been seen from every corner of the great room perfect for watching a movie or a sporting event. The bedrooms are down the hall. The Primary Suite is in the rear of the home and features a king bed with quality linens, a television, vanity and reading nook. The bath is luxurious with a huge walk in shower and double sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space and the 3rd bedroom comes complete with a double bed and again, ample closet space.

Outside you will find the large preserve backyard with a private sparkling pool. Get some of that Arizona sun with the north facing backyard on the sun loungers. Have a BBQ and enjoy evenings dining under the covered patio.
After dinner retreat to the fire pit and star gaze in the open skys.

This home has super fast wifi, a dedicated work space in the living room and soft water.

Hiking trails are just steps away throughout the Ahwatukee Foothills. Literally a trail head just 9 houses down.

The location was great - less than a mile to highways and everything we needed (grocery, restaurants, etc) The property was well kept and the property owner/manager was very responsive both before and during the trip.

If you are coming to Arizona for peace, quiet and a beautiful landscape this house is for you. The neighborhood is blissfully quiet. Backing up to the South Mountain Preserve you have your own desert garden right behind the yard. You can sit by the beautiful pool and listen to the birds and watch the gorgeous hills. You can access multiple walking trails right down the street. The house itself is cozy and welcoming. It is beautifully decorated with Japanese art. The furniture and beds are comfy. There is plenty of closet space and dresser space. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook at home. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are nearby. The place was sparkling clean upon arrival. The management company was very responsive to any of our questions. Cannot recommend this property enough!!!!

Great stay!

We had a great stay here in Phoenix! Beds were comfortable, house was clean and well maintained. Pool was great in the evening after the sun warmed the water. We took full advatage of the weather and spent a lot of time in the covered backyard. Watching the bikers and hikers on south mountains in the backyard was a plua too! Great location to so many things and still quiet. Will definitely be staying here when we visit again.

Access to the trail system for hiking made this a great choice for accommodations. The only negative was an unheated pool which was unusable.

Had to come from western NY to help an elderly aunt get her affairs in order and decided to get a house … so happy we did it was amazing and the view and mountains were spectacular… went hiking everyday … we will be back❤️

Great house, great location

This was the perfect house for our weekend visiting family. We enjoyed the pool and the house. We especially enjoyed exploring the desert wilderness that is right “next door.” We even saw coyotes, rabbits, and javelinas, all from the comfort of the back patio. We would stay here again.

Good clean house

Everything was as advertised, very clean and well maintained. The beds are on the harder side so if you like that it’s great! If not, you’ll struggle a bit. Over all, will stay here again, and highly recommend.

This property was well stocked and well maintained. They even provided a little movie night snack basket, which the kids loved. Beautiful location outside of the downtown area but close to everything we wanted to visit.

Excellent property!

The beds were super comfortable. The house is clean and well maintained. Location is perfectly situated right off of the hiking/biking trails. Patio is lovely. Pool is outstanding! Nice appliances. The ice maker wasn’t working and that is the only con. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Desert Oasis

Very nice property, inside and out. Beautiful backyard. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, yet close to restaurants, gas stations grocery store etc. EXTREMELY comfortable bed in master. Management very responsive when communication was needed.

We came in to a very clean, welcoming house. The only problem was the communication on the broken washing machine was poor. Check out process was easy to follow. Overall it was a great stay.
