This stunning home offers luxurious accommodations for up to 15 guests in 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Beautifully designed with premium appliances, and contemporary beachy decor, this home is designed to provide a luxurious vacation experience with all the amenities that your family would expect from a world-class vacation!


 


With 800 square feet of porches/balconies, and views off of each, your family will never want to leave this home!  It backs up to the nearby pond AND wooded perserve, with a green space (and extra overflow parking) in front.


 


Modern coastal finishes throughout the entirety of the home, the white beam ceiling, ship-lap walls and the gorgeous grey wood floors make this home stand out!  The fully-appointed kitchen is perfect for the even the most discriminating home-chef.  After all, just becauase you're on vacation, doesn't mean that you can't have sit-down family meals!  Cook for the whole family, while enjoying the distinctive white shaker cabinets, glass tile backsplash, white sand Quartz countertops and brand new stainless steel GE Cafe appliances, featuring gas cooktop, chimney-style hood, and separate warming drawer, below the oven.


 


The Master on the first floor is convenient for anyone in the family who might have trouble with stairs.  There no skimping in here though, this Master Suite comes complete with a King bed, a stunning bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower AND soaking tub!  Another King Master Suite awaits upstairs, with another walk-in shower and double vanity in this ensuite. Here you'll also find a private balcony with plenty of seating to soak in that Florida Sun!

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in the A Wave from it All at NatureWalk on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in A Wave from it All. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.


 


Golf Cart: The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
