Adorable and cozy!

I really loved my time here at Cozy Carriage House #219. My partner and I had a really romantic weekend. The apartment was the perfect size for what we needed. Full kitchen, comfy couch and chairs, comfy bed, super clean, working wood-burning fire place. The jacuzzi downstairs was great and we really appreciated the free parking. Super close to a variety of restaurants and the ski mountains. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

Excellent cleanliness, loud resident upsrairs

The best part is location and cleanliness of property was SUPERB!! Bring your own towels, atleast face cloth unless you need an exfoliate, like sand paper. The water smells like bleach so buy plenty of drinking water. We stayed for 8nts and never had a full night sleep. The RESIDENT upstairs played music or TV very loud between 1:30-2:30am and again around 5am EVERY NT! The walls are like a hotel thin you hear when he coughs, walks..SQUEAKY ceiling, toilet flushes. This room is beside the vending machines so you hear the humming all day & nt. Plenty of dishes just no pantry to store food. Owners should turn the curio cabinet add shelves to be used for pantry. If you can get a full night sleep then this review would be better.

Honestly the room itself was nice. But the whole ordeal was not good. We were given wrong codes to get into the building, and the pool so we were only able to get into the pool and building if someone from the inside opened it. We were also not given a parking permit (it said one would be provided in the room). The only code that worked the first time was the one to the room. We were able to get these fixed but at the same time it was a frustrating ordeal to have to walk around and try every door in the building with all of our bags and have none of the doors work with our given codes. Also there was seemingly no staff which made it hard. The only help we got was through people over the phone. Big reason we booked this place was due to pool and hot tub, when we arrived we found out the hot tub was broken and the pool was dirty, it didn’t ruin the trip but I feel like this could have saved us some money and we could have booked somewhere that was worth what we paid for.

Great location

Great place right in between deer valley and park city as well as walking distance to some good food options! There was a slight confusion in regards to the code to get into the condo but a quick phone call squared that away with no further problems. Clean place, comfortable bed and a cozy vibe in the winter months

Prospector Square condo

Good overall rental experience. Property is in great location within few min driving distance to Park City ski area and to downtown. Property very clean and well maintained. Parking was ok. Check- in and check out were seamless.

Great Location, Perfect for a Cozy Getaway

The carriage house is right off of Bonanza on Prospector with local free buses servicing right outside the unit to Park City Mt, Deer Valley, and Main St which is a huge advantage right off the bat. The unit itself is very clean and well stocked with base essentials such as bath towels, pool towels, paper towels and TP. It has a full size kitchen with cute breakfast high top as well as a deep jacuzzi bathtub. If that isn't enough there is a spa grade salt water stone jacuzzi in the basement that is accessible to other members of the complex but no one was there the times we went. Definitely would recommend this unit for 2-4 people coming into town for a few days of enjoying Park City!

Short getaway

Relaxing getaway for the most part. Only interruption was the loud sound of guests at the pool just outside our room. That made the stay a 4 rather than a 5. If we would have been aware of the location and accompanying noise being close to the pool we would have requested a different location at the property. Thank you for the opportunity to give this feedback.
