Great place to stay if you’d like to be a little away from the Strip without being too far from it.The stay was fantastic, especially considering the quality of the beds and utilities provided.

We had a great time! It was nice to be able to share a common space but separate sleeping areas, and to be able to have local friends come visit for a meal rather than having to go out or infiltrate their homes. The 24/7 guard gate (with very friendly guards!) was great peace of mind, the pool was lovely, and the beds super comfortable. Our only complaints would be that it's not mentioned in the description that it's a 3rd floor walk-up (which is a lot of stairs with bags or after tromping around the Strip all day, lol) and the living room could use either a bigger sectional or another loveseat, it was tough for more than 3 people to lounge comfortably. Overall though, we would 100% stay there again!

Overall it was fine. Location was good and had security & host was quick with communication. It’s just pretty outdated. Also there was hair on bathroom floor and hair all over the clean towel.

The complex is lovely. Pool, hot tub and another area with a small lazy river. Within walking distance to the Rio, Palms and Gold Coast, Walgreens. The apartment was nice with lots of room, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We had a couple of snags, but the owner/apartment manager was quick to respond. I’d definitely stay here again.

It was a fantastic place with great access to the strip. The community it was in had plenty of amenities and was very clean. Would definitely come again in the future.

Very close to the strip and a little over a mile from Allegiant Stadium. The house is cozy, has towels, and Mike was very responsive for my needs. The pool and lazy river is very nice as well.

It's close to the Strip and easy to get to with a secured parking lot (guarded entry). The condo was pretty clean, but older. Lots of smokers on balconies around the condo, so there is a smoky smell around the area. But it is a nice place to stay overall.

Did not have a can opener on-site?\nHad to go out and buy one, kitchen cabinets were filthy.\n Only one trash bag there was not a sense of style as it pertained to the property. Random pictures were just put up anywhere. There were multiple cords just laying around. There were just gobs of wire stuffed in the corner, it just wasn't conducive to a verbal property that I've stayed in before the check-in process was really good. The the manager at the gate was extremely good. The security on-site was good, but the fact that the Owner lived in california and did not have any real responsibility on how his property was managed is a problem.

Reed was a complainer before he even got there. He's an old man, so I called him to tell him that there was no elevator and he said: "so, you don't want me to come." He never contacted me to ask for anything. We do have extra trash bags, but he didn't look. I have a local manager that runs the property. Her number is provided to every guest. Please read my other reviews. My goal is to please every guest. Unfortunately some people are never satisfied.

nice place, Gated and safe. I would stay here again. Easy to rideshare to strip or anywhere else. Host was easy to communicate with and helpful. Thank you for being part of a great weekend!

Vegas Nights

The property was very nice. Everything was as advertised. The unit is on the 3rd floor which the owner told us about, but I did not find the stairs difficult. A very nice place to chill out in.

We had a great time. The property was spacious and clean, had all amenities required and was in a good location (a $15 taxi ride to the strip). The shared pool area was really nice. Mike was responsive with all my queries and it was such an easy and pleasant experience. Thanks for having us!
