This is the perfect location to host your wedding / wedding party, family reunion, company event & any other social or formal gathering! Each unit has a unique theme for an experience like no other! When you rent the whole unit, you get private access to the lobby area where you can take pictures and utilize the space to its fullest. We have tables stored away that can be used during your event as well as multiple murals that provide the perfect photo opportunity!

Guests have private access to the entire unit.

This is an up and coming neighborhood being redeveloped by the City of Columbia. Like many historic neighborhoods, there are some homes with deferred maintenance among the new construction. But no worries, this neighborhood is completely safe and minutes from anywhere you want to be. We provide an attached parking lot, with overflow parking in the adjacent lot belonging to the neighboring church.

Centrally located, #TheVestryOnRead is only minutes to the University of South Carolina campus, Williams-Brice Stadium, South Carolina State House, and Fort Jackson.

There is a security camera in the lobby area overlooking the main lobby.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
