Renovated split-level home with nearly 3,000 sqft. of space for large groups desiring a central location with comfortable touches. Sleeps up to 16 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, plentiful common areas with smart TVs, carport and driveway parking, and large fenced backyard. Only 10 minutes to both Downtown and Fort Jackson, and 12 minutes to USC. Minutes to Columbia's hottest areas: Main Street, The Vista, 5 points, and BullStreet District. Home includes keyless entry, game room, and fire pit.

It was the perfect size and location for us. It was 3 miles from gate 4. The beds were so comfortable and the towels very fluffy. We had a party of 8 and it was not crowded at all. Lived the cleanliness and decor!

Good space for family get together.

The property was as described. Our family traveled to South Carolina from all over to celebrate Graduation from Basic Training at Ft. Jackson. It was a convenient location, 10-minute drive. Great space for large family gathering.

Lovely Stay

Our stay was relaxing and lovely. The owners left some goodies for us, which we thoroughly enjoyed (THANK YOU SO MUCH). The property is centrally located to many businesses but is in a secluded community. We enjoyed ourselves and will stay here again.

Great For Groups

We are a youth group who was in town for an event in Columbia for the weekend. It was close to downtown. Had plenty of room and was really clean. Amazing for teens and those who are part of a group. The host was very communicative and responsive

Great Spot For Big Group

We had a big group of friends staying here for the weekend and the house was great. Pictures are very accurate to what the home looks like. Short drive to downtown. I would absolutely stay here again, bonfire pit in the back was great!

Peaceful Family Time

Nice peaceful property with lots of games and fun. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Great kitchen area to prepare meals, awesome gameroom basement for TV and conversation. We spent most of our time out back by the fire pit, (bring your own firewood). If we are ever in the area again we would stay here. Highly recommend.

Great football game weekend

The house is nice, clean, and comfortable. It was perfect for our medium-sized family group, and the kids loved the game room. Our interaction with the owners was great - good communication and understanding on a couple of scheduling issues that came up regarding our stay. Highly recommended!

Large House with plenty of space

Great layout for Families

The Cola Gathering Place was the perfect layout for our family. All the adults had their own room while the kids had a bunk room attached to a playroom. The two living room spaces were great for being able to have two locations for people to talk. The location was close to Trenholm Park which was also great for the kids. Property was clean and the check in/check out process was simple and easy. Property was well stocked with kitchen items, drink wear and linens and towels. Highly recommend!

Large with Room to Move

Prior to booking the property, any questions that we had were answered in a timely manner.We were given detailed check-in instruction the day before our arrival. Upon our arrival we needed help with the access code. We sent a text to the property manager and immediately we received a call from Lee. She helped with the code and we gained access to the house.The house matched the description on the website. First impression upon entering: The house was spacious and clean and there was a welcome note and a basket with treats. The kitchen area has an island that is big enough to serve buffet style meals and still have enough room to move around and not feel crowded. There are enough kitchen supplies cups, glasses, flatware, plates, cookware, etc to have full use of the kitchen. Stove and oven work as they should. There is a large common area dining, living and family rooms all connected which also gave plenty of room.Bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are well supplied.Down stairs is a large bonus room for family fun. It has various games, a ping pong table and large tv. It was a great space for the kids to hangout.The house was easy to find and getting to and from the house was also easy. Traveling around Columbia was a breeze and there are several great restaurants and other attractions nearby. On our last night, we received detailed check-out instructions.We will definitely select this home again.Thank you for being great hosts.

Perfect location for military graduation

The house is in a great location. Just minutes from base. It's the perfect size for big groups, and well stocked. The pictures look good online, however; in person the house needs some deep cleaning and paint has just been thrown on things in a hurry, I'm sure for faster rentals. The person before us left old meat wrapped in foil in the upper cabinets. I think the cleaning crew must have cleaned in a hurry just by the looks of the house. Some things were left broken, towel racks, outlets etc. I made sure to document them and sent them to the manager of the rental. As far as communication with the rental manager, it was a struggle to get messages answered. I had to try a couple different avenues before I received communication. When messages finally came through they were friendly and tried to fix some of the issues we had, but because communication was slow, it was almost time for us to leave so there was no point in messing with the fixes, at least for our stay. The manager assured me they would fix the broken items. Overall I would stay again
