This magnificent new build cabin offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern luxury, making it an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle. It is simply fun for the whole family! Enter our property on our private paved driveway whilst enjoying multiple smart TVs, a cozy living space, indoor/outdoor fireplace, a private loft with a queen bed, and two private baths with a mesmerizing soaker tub in the master.

Upon entering the front door via your personalized code, you'll be captivated by the spaciousness of the open-concept living area featuring large cathedral ceilings, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The kitchen is a culinary delight, boasting a sleek gas stove, stainless steel appliances, and luxurious countertops, including a generous island that's perfect for meal prep and entertaining alike. The cabin offers ample accommodation with a king-size bedroom including a memory foam mattress and memory foam pillows, providing a private oasis with draw down shades for you to unwind, rest, and dream comfortably. The master bathroom is unlike any other with rustic-modern design, dual sinks, an oversized shower with wand and gold fixtures, and not to forget the tub of your dreams to soak away all the stresses of life and leave your spirit refreshed and renewed. The upstairs loft boasts a brand-new memory foam queen mattress along with two single beds, and memory foam pillows. In addition, a set of cozy bunk beds are also located in the nook on the way up to the loft by the staircase. Each of the 4 single beds includes two outlets and their own private light to not disturb anyone. There is also a safety gate at the top of the staircase to deter the little ones from climbing up and down the stairs without supervision. A Pack N’ Play as well as a child’s booster seat can also be found on the property in case you have any little tots with you. The Pack N’ Play also has a mattress and sheets that are available to use.

Outdoor living space includes ample amenities to enjoy from sunrise to well past sunset. Enjoy the sound of running water in the creek and scenery from our wrap around covered deck including an outdoor gas fireplace and ceiling fan providing a comfortable space for all seasons. The luxurious hot tub can be enjoyed while watching your favorite team on the outdoor television or the flames of the fireplace. It is not uncommon to see deer and other amazing wildlife patrolling through the property at sunrise and sunset. The firepit is perfectly positioned next to Carter Creek creating a perfect place for roasting marshmallows, snuggling with warm blankets, and sharing stories under the starry night sky. Starter firewood is provided for each stay and positioned in the fire-pit, ready to be enjoyed. Ambient string lighting over the outdoor space encourages endless, outdoor fun with custom cornhole boards and ladder golf. A spider web swing and porch swing underneath the deck are available for additional fun for the entire family.

Heavenly Hollow is only a few minutes north of the Hochatown Distillery, Mountain Fork Brewery, Grateful Head Pizza, and Shuck Me, some of our favorite local restaurants. The new casino in Broken Bow is set to open up in early 2024 with amazing casino games, concerts, and other exciting experiences not to be missed. Local wineries in town are also approximately 10 minutes away and perfect for Bachelorette parties and memorable experiences. Broken Bow Lake along with Cedar Creek golf course are only 10-15 minute’s drive from the cabin’s location. Our paved driveway has a steep entrance leading into a circle drive that can easily be navigated with a standard SUV or pickup truck. Please be on the lookout for our cabin sign as you approach the exact location. We have installed solar lights to illuminate the trees to assist with navigating the driveway and cabin after sunset. Carter Mountain West roads are maintained gravel and the views of this area are unmatched due to the mountainous terrain. Feel free to bring your ATV’s and UTV’s as there are plenty of options to explore close by, along with multiple trails around Broken Bow, Hochatown, and the entire surrounding lake with unmatched privacy and fun.
