Freshly Renovated inviting home with lots of natural light. Huge chef style kitchen with gas stove and oven. Large living/dining room combination with electric fireplace and smart TV. Comfy sectional that can double as an extra bed by using the ottoman. One Bedroom with a king, one bedroom with a queen and a third bedroom set up as an office combination with a desk and a convertible sofa. Three Newer smart TVs with YouTube service and Roku. Fast internet. Excellent location within a few minutes of downtown, the greenbelt, numerous parks, and an abundance of wonderful food and wineries.

Perfect for Parents Weekend.

Good time in Boise

We came to Boise to visit family! This is a nice home with room for kids and family to visit! Kitchen is well equipped for cooking, nice back yard! We will be back! Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice place

Spent 2 nights. The home has all the amenities that you might need. Perfect if you are traveling with your dogs as the backyard is huge and is fenced. Very nice new home.

Everything we needed!

This is a modern, comfortable, dog-friendly home. We had a great Christmas vacation here. It's in a great location close to Boise State and plenty of amenities.

Perfect For Us

Sandy is great to work with. House is adorable. Location is close to everything we needed. Neighborhood is fun to walk around. Kitchen is perfect for making home cooked meals. Could not have had a better stay.

The place was clean and very easy to get into. The backyard was great for our dog and was only accessible by our unit of this duplex. The furnishings were nice and the decor was very nice.

Perfect for enjoying Meridian

House was very clean and bright. Beautiful fenced backyard and enough space for my family of 5. Close proximity to downtown restaurants, soccer complex, and water park. Would definitely book again.

Quiet neighborhood

Beautiful renovated property close to the interstate and downtown. Awes space for pets and extended stays. Communication with the owner was as simple and direct as good be. Super awesome to work with. Will for sure boook with thus owner again!

Great house! Great property owners with excellent taste!

This place was even better than we expected! Stayed while driving through from AZ to WA. The yard is great for dogs and we loved the attention to detail in the furniture and accomodations throughout the house. Slept very well and woke up refreshed with happy dogs, which was perfect to get going for the rest of the drive.

Stay here!

My partner and I and our two dogs stayed here for two nights and loved everything about the place. Tasteful and comfortable furnishings, well-stocked kitchen with coffee, and a great yard for the dogs. The owners supplied food bowls and pet blankets. Loved the jetted tub, too! Highly recommend.

Cute place. Did not realize it was a duplex but with the set up you don’t notice. Big backyard that is well maintained. Good communication from owner. It was clean and well stocked!

Happy with our stay

This was our first time renting a Vrbo and we were so happy with our space and with the host. We brought our 3 boys, puppy and older dog. My husband and I went to see Tom segura and the location was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better intro into this experience and can’t beat the prices, ESPECIALLY bringing our dogs. Thanks again Sandy!!!

Wonderful host and spot!

This duplex is surprisingly spacious! Beautifully renovated and very comfortable, and SUPER CLEAN. Good WiFi, well appointed kitchen, and all necessary amenities plus extras! The host was super responsive and informative. Nice beds and the HVAC system + ceiling fans were great and kept the temp comfortable all day and night. Beautiful backyard perfect for dogs. I loved soaking in the jetted spa tub! Wonderful stay, 10/10!

In our 8 years of using VRBO I have never had a bad experience until this one. The owner accused us of leaving a mess and damaging things. Never in all my years of using VRBO have we ever been accused of these things. Her messages were unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Sending us a plethora of pictures that a cleaning crew would do such as a dust bunny on the floor. Hopefully others have a better experience however this was ours. Our 8 years of experience would defuse any type of rebuttal she may respond with. Which I am sure she will.

It is unfortunate that we both had a bad experience. I wrote you a decent review as you immediately paid the small damage fee that I requested. I assumed that you felt responsible for the condition in which you left our property and would be a more considerate guest in the future. I did send several photos as there was a lot to photograph. We work hard to keep our properties in good condition. Guests need to be held responsible for their actions.
