This is off the beaten path, but it is well worth the drive. A very well laid out floor plan for a family of 5. The hot tub, corn hole, fire pit and of course, the views were all favorites for the family. The hosts were very thoughtful about what a traveling family needs as far as the smaller amenities.

Amazing remote location! The house and outdoor space is beautiful. The host communicates extremely well and we had no issues. We stayed three nights while visiting Yosemite. Easy access to both Arch Rock entrance and the South entrance. I would highly recommend!!

Great sanctuary on the mountain. Immediately upon entering renewal, we were in a place we could relax. Everything was ready and all the supplies necessary for cooking and having fun. Far enough away from everything to feel isolated but close enough to get what we needed Post responding very quickly to any communication sent and we had zero issues during our stay. Highly recommend

We had such a wonderful stay for our girls trip to Yosemite!! The instructions the host left for the property and directions were incredibly helpful. Everything was very clean, easy to find, and satisfactory.Our main feedback is that when we made it to the property in the evening, the AC was off and so it was 88 degrees inside which made for a very uncomfortable first night. Areas of improvement/suggestions include extra towels for the hot tub (it fits 8, but there are only 5 towels), blankets, and then if the kitchen could be stocked with containers to store prepped food. The drawer labeled foil/ziplocks was empty so we had no food storage ability! Otherwise, the kitchen was pretty complete and overall we very much enjoyed our stay! We would absolutely rent this again!

The view of the stars on the deck at night in the hot tub was incredible!! Close enough to drive to Yosemite for the day with the kids and the small town of Mariposa was a gem. Plus, Kevin was very responsive with any questions or needs we had.

Overall left a little dissapointed. Nothing critically wrong, but definitely showing it's age, and a rental where the photos are better than in-person. It was all fine but:Almost all of the soap dispensers were out or minimally had water added to them so there was something in it. There were stains all over the carpet in some areas and that was tough because - with a baby - we didn't really trust letting him crawl around. There also wasn't propane in one of the grills, as well as no stock of things like ziplock bags, foil, laundry soap, other basics, including only one hotpad for cooking, etc. The shower door didnt close, soap dispenser fell apart, cover for outdoor fireplace had holes all over. Landscaping was not upkept. The list just kind of kept piling up and was unfortunate. Overall it was decent - great communication, good labeling, and added value like maps, movies, etc and things if you need them, but left a lot to be desired too for what I thought I was booking.We did reach out to the owner trying to make it right and set expectations but it wasn't meant with any resolution. It is what it is. Just our experience, maybe it will be fixed/actioned for future guests.

Wonderful and welcoming home with great views on the huge deck. A perfect spot for viewing wildlife and a short drive to the National Park. We all had a great time!

Wilderness retreat

We had a wonderful time hwre, clean and smooth check in. I only have one constructive thing to say, more towels are definitely needed then are peovided. Other then that we had the realxing retreat we were looking for.

A beautiful stay

We had an amazing stay. The home is well equipped with all the essentials. My favorite part was the deck. We enjoyed it every evening taking advantage of the jacuzzi and firepit. I absolutely love the privacy of the area. Highly recommended from my standpoint.

House in the Hills

Lovely property with amazing deck and views. Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, air fryer, Ninja, spices, etc. Property manger was very responsive before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Cozy house with an awesome back patio. Our kids were so excited about the hot tub and having space to spread out after being in tight quarters in SF. The hot tub was very large so we could fit the whole family comfortably. We enjoyed the fire pit to make s’mores and the quiet and peaceful location. We had a hiccup our last night but our host, Kevin, was quick to respond to questions and made sure we were taken care of.

The home is located on 4.86 acres and surrounded by the tall pines of the Sierra Nevada Forrest. Once we experienced the sound of wind through the trees, the birds and wildlife around the property, the expansive mountain views and star gazing at night- we knew this was the right neighborhood for us.
