Welcome to Shore Daze! This oceanside vacation rental is located in the newly built Beacon Quarters community in the popular Corolla Light area of Corolla. As a guest of Shore Daze, you will have access to a community pool, outdoor volleyball court, private outdoor shower, and easy beach access with an 8-minute walk to two beach accesses. There is also mini-golf and ice cream located directly across the street. Be sure to check out a few of the local attractions listed below so your vacation is sure to be an adventure. Also, there are many nearby wonderful restaurants, many of which are waterfront to enjoy all of the views the Outer Banks has to offer.

This beach retreat was built in 2020 and still looks and feels brand new. Shore Daze is decorated with high-end beach decor and finishes. As you enter the cottage, you step into an open concept living room and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, sparkling quartz countertops, an island to seat 6 people, and a Keurig. There is a gas grill and outdoor seating available as well.

The living room has a direct view of the community swimming pool. It is a perfect spot in the cottage to unwind from a day at the beach and watch tv on the flat screen. The sofa folds out to be a queen bed in case another bed is needed. There are also games and wifi provided for your family to enjoy.

There are two bedrooms in this cottage. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen tv, and a large tile shower in the en suite bathroom. The secondary bedroom also has a king-size bed and flat-screen tv. This bedroom has a pocket door that allows access to the hallway bathroom for convenience and privacy among guests.

Other offerings to make your stay more enjoyable are: a washer, dryer, pack and play, iron and ironing board, as well as beach accessories. The beach accessories that we have available are 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, 2 boogie boards, a small cooler, a beach wagon, and sand toys.

We had such a wonderful, relaxing weekend here! The location was great, very clean, and the house was the perfect size for a couple traveling with a dog. We loved the pool and amenities, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and renting bikes to explore and catch the sunset was one of our favorite parts of the trip.One helpful tip: the walk to the beach was a little longer than we expected, but we found it super easy to drive to a nearby lot and park. Overall, such a comfortable beach getaway. We’d definitely stay again!

The property was amazing! It was perfect for my family and I. I wish it was a little bit closer to the beach as we encountered a very large snake on the way back from the beach and our 8 minute walk turned into a 22 minute walk from the beach. The property manager was responsive when we needed her.

Nice place, ok location

This property was clean and as pictured. We loved Corolla and it has plenty of shops and restaurants. Just a few things to consider: no ocean view, very small property pool, long walk to the beach, & I could hear our friend snoring in the next bed room.

We had problems with a leaking wash machine!!! Host replied right away but the guy that came out while we were gone didn’t actually fix anything and she thought he had. So thankfully I took 2 loads to my sisters VRBO less than a mile away twice. Other than that just the heat in the unit. And the master bath towel rod came right off as soon as I tried to use it.

Family Vacay

Place was cute, quaint, clean and well stocked! Exactly as pictured in the listing. The pool (which was not huge) was not an issue whatsoever. The beach was truly an 8 minute walk, so that requires some preplanning on our part to ensure we have enough water, snacks etc. to take along. The community was quiet. Which is a huge plus because after long days at the beach and pool, our kids were wiped out by 9 pm. Never heard any neighbors! Would we stay here again? Totally.

Cute and cozy condo. I would suggest repainting the ceilings. Whoever did the walls was not careful when they were near the ceilings. In every room there was evidence of that. Also one small complaint. The Keurig offer maker needed a good cleaning. The water reservoir lid was moldy. Otherwise everything was nice and just as represented on the website. Nicely decorated and many dishes and appliance available for use. That was nice.
