Relaxing, Quiet Condo at Tilghman Shores Ocean & Golf Resort, Cherry Grove Beach

Centrally located getaway for a beach vacation or golf-get-away with your family or friends. Ours is a beautiful second floor (easy second floor walk-up from ground level parking) condo located in Historic Cherry Grove Beach at Tilghman Shores Ocean & Golf Resort. It is a short 5-minute walk to the beach, as well as many nearby bars, restaurants, grocery, Putt Putt Golf Course, ice cream parlor, fishing pier and shopping. ‎ A multitude of world class golf courses, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets and other fun things to do are a short drive away. Tilghman Shores is a quiet complex tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Grand Strand where you can enjoy a quiet evening on the screen porch listening to the sounds of the Carolina Low Country, strolling the beautifully ‎landscaped property, or enjoying the onsite pool and hot tub.‎

Our condo sleeps 6 comfortably with a King in the spacious master bedroom, a newly furnished queen in the guest room, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Linens (sheets, towels, beach towels) are provided for your stay. There are two full baths, one accessible from the master bedroom and the other from a small vestibule beside the guest bedroom. There are TVs in each room ready to go with multitude of cable channel's, or stream your favorite shows on Hulu, Netflix, Prime, and AppleTV.

The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, with a discreetly tucked-away full-size washer/dryer, and plenty of dining area inside or out on the screened porch.

The jewel of the condo is the large breezy screened porch accommodating both a dining area and a comfortable sitting area. Surrounded by a lake (no charge for our friendly alligator), the screened porch provides a peek at the ocean to the left, and a view of the 1st and 10th fairways of the Surf Beach and Golf Club to the right. .

Our condo is non-smoking inside, as well as the screen porch. No Pets are allowed. Also our HOA does not permit boats, trailers, RVs, Campers, Golf Carts or Motorcycles on premises.

We have an on-site Property Manager who can assist you with any concerns or issues during your stay.

There is a large outdoor swimming pool with a heated Jacuzzi just across the parking lot from the condo. The pool (not heated) is open from March 1 - November 30. ** Pool Hours are 9AM - 10PM daily**. The outdoor heated jacuzzi is open year-round for guests age 16 and up. A covered grilling area is available next to the pool, for your cookout needs.

**Renter assumes responsibility for any damage to the rental property caused by you, your party and guests during your stay.

**Renters found in violation of House Rules or the Rental Agreement may be denied access and/or ejected without refund.
