Beautiful Updated 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home on the east side of IF. This beautiful home has room for your whole family,, with 3 separate living/family rooms, Roku TVs upstairs and downstairs, a separate dining room, fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with full sized washer & dryer. Backyard is fully fenced and has a private patio with a table & BBQ grill.

Conveniently located near both of the East Idaho hospital(s) & the many medical offices in town. We are also within minutes of the best shopping and dining establishments.

Updated 4 bedroom/ 3 bathroom home on the east side of town.

This beautifully updated home has room for your whole family!! 3 separate living/family rooms, separate dining room, fully stocked kitchen and a laundry room with a full sized washer & dryer. All new furniture is not only beautiful, its comfy.

Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed with en-suite bath. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 is downstairs and has 2 Twin sized beds and Bedroom 4 is downstairs with a queen sized bed.

Backyard is fully fenced and has a private patio with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating.

This property was impeccably maintained and looked just as the pictures described. Fresh and clean, Furniture furniture and beds. Property was nearby restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay here again and recommend!!

The home was very clean and inviting, everything we needed to cook and eat our meals was easy to find, TV was set up so we could use it easily, beds were clean and comfortable, lots of little extras perks like popcorn and cocoa, several sitting areas for privacy, a binder with instructions and tips on how to run things including a checklist for what to do when leaving. Terra was very friendly and easy to communicate with. A great first stay at a vrbo home!

Duck Races

Our family (grandparents, two families with one grandchild toddler) came here to dined the weekend and watch the IF Duck Races. It was amazing. This house is the “and another” house - it had another family room, another dining room and another bedroom. Perfect for a multi-family vacation.

Great property

The home was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood but just a quick drive to many things. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a couple of issues pop up but things were taken care of quickly and well. Terra was great communicating with me before, during and after our stay. Plenty of towels, hand towels, and kitchen dish towels which was so nice. We were able to fit all 7 of us around the circular table in the kitchen for eating and games and it was a great gathering place.

The BEST!

The property was amazing (clean, comfortable, well stocked, great location, spacious, etc.) but Terra and Charlotte even MORE amazing. We are from California and granddaughter was in the ERIMC NICU (born at 31 weeks) and the owners made us feel right at home. They dropped off "care packages," cleared the snow, and made sure we had everything we needed (but were not at all intrusive). They gave us a place to call home while the baby grew bigger and stronger. We are forever grateful!

Nice Family Getaway

Check in was simple & easy and the home was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. We especially liked the full size laundry room downstairs and extra cupboard space in the kitchen for food purchases. The ice & water filter on the outside of the refrigerator was an added bonus. The large fenced backyard was great to allow the grandkids some playing room. A couple of downsides would be that although the home as been updated, 2 of the 3 bathrooms still have VERY small showers. Anyone over 6ft doesn't fit very well. The backyard window wells are not covered, so it wasn't very safe for small children, and the house says it has air conditioning, however there are only 2 wall units, one in the family room & one in the Master bedroom. It was extremely difficult to cool the whole upstairs when Idaho gets into the 80's & 90's. Overall, we would come again. It's a safe & comfortable place to stay while visiting family.
