Welcome to the description of Tutu’s Cottage! What do I love about Hanalei? So many things, but to name a few: - Hanalei and the surrounding areas boast regular top rankings for their beautiful beach (Hanalei Bay), spectacular volcanic mountains with cascading 3,000+ foot-long waterfalls, walking, hiking and biking trails (famous Na Pali Coast), and the nearby Prince Golf Course in Princeville. - One of the best things about Hanalei is that there are no hotels, no condos, and very few sidewalks as we enjoy the rural and more quiet atmosphere; Hanalei is a small tropical town with a fun surfing vibe. - The restaurants and other small businesses are mainly family owned/local establishments that will adequately and pleasantly meet your needs during your stay! What do I love about Tutu’s Cottage? Tutu’s Cottage has a welcoming home-away-from-home feel for your visit to tropical Hanalei. With a fantastic location, you will be within WALKING DISTANCE to both the BEACH (5 min.) and center of TOWN (3 min). Our cottage has two lanais, with the backyard lanai having an unobstructed, breathtaking view of the Hanalei mountains (after a rain, you will see beautiful waterfalls cascading down the mountains). The kitchen is well equipped, the yard is very private (no neighbors behind our cottage), and I should mention the outdoor shower (with hot water) – you will love this after your day at the beach! From palm trees in the front yard, to the back yard with a private and magnificent mountain view, I know you will love this property as much as I do! We keep our house extremely clean! Our cleaning fee is a reasonable $275.
