Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home cooked family style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food! Also includes 6 seat golf cart, Premier Membership Golf and your personal concierge.

We also offer you a variety of services including airport transportation, pre- arrival grocery shopping, spa services, nanny and chef services, discounted tours and excursions, dinner reservations, exceptional rates on private yacht charters and much more. Las Marietas also features a community swimming pool, barbecue area, and fitness center for residents and guests. Surf pilgrims will want to visit El Faro, La Lancha, Punta Burros, and El Anclote, while other outdoor enthusiasts will find an abundance of options, including kayaking, bicycling, windsurfing, and deep-sea fishing.

All resort facilities, amenities, beach clubs and Punta Mita town are all just a short golf cart ride away in the golf cart provided with this rental.

All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your Airbnb reservation is confirmed.

If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $1,500 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund. AMEX is not accepted for VRBO bookings.

All guests must sign a Vallarta Rentals rentals contract prior to check in.

The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita.

● Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
● Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service charge
● Children under 5: No charge

Maintenance is carried out annually on resort golf courses and beach clubs from May 1 to October 31, which may result in temporary closures. Please confirm at the time of booking if this will impact your stay dates.
