Please make sure they clips are in place or the raccoons will make a huge mess. Please pull the cans back in on Tuesday, if you are still at the home. Do not put trash in the green waste bin. This creates a huge mess that is difficult to clean. Also do not overfill the cans. They must close to keep the raccoons out.
Pets: Regrettably, pets are not permitted due to the property`s carpeted nature.
Furniture: Please avoid rearranging furniture, as it can lead to damage and complicate the housekeeping process.
BBQ: In the event that the BBQ is left uncleaned after use, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to your Airbnb account. This fee is necessary to ensure the space is ready and enjoyable for all guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
