Fraulein Haus is a fully renovated charming 1950's farmhouse cottage! Location, location, location! The perfect getaway for those looking to escape, yet only 1.5 blocks away from Main Street. Sleeps up to 5 and has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers and a soaking tub in the master. Unwind in the rocking chairs on the front patio or enjoy the spacious backyard with family or friends. Cozy living room and spacious kitchen, fully equipped to make this your home away from home!

You’ll love all the attention to detail in this stylish place! Managed by Heavenly Hosts



- Master bedroom with a king bed + ensuite full bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and his/her sinks

- 2nd bedroom with a king bed

- Queen sleeper sofa in the living room

- Full bathroom located in the hallway with a walk-in shower and his/her sinks

- 3 Smart TV's; 1 in the living room and 1 in each bedroom (No Cable)

- Full kitchen with all full-size appliances including a dishwasher + Keurig/Carafe Coffee Maker combo (no ice maker)

- Indoor Gas Fireplace available

Guest will have access to the full house and backyard area. Guest will be able to access home by keypad. Driveway is not available to guests. Street parking is available right in front of the house and can fit 2 vehicles. (guests won't have access to the back storage)

Clean and exactly as described. This property is the perfect location for everything Fredricksburg. Decor is lovely and the extras to detail do not go unnoticed. We will be back. If you want a perfect location and all the upgraded amenities, you will love this house.

Beautiful house, great location in Fredericksburg. I would recommend this house to everyone! Only downside was the lack of drinking glasses in the otherwise well-equipped kitchen, and access to a washer & dryer would be nice for people traveling several days/weeks. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Location

The house is adorable. Very quiet neighborhood but so close to Main Street. Perfect for a small family like ours. Water pressure in the shower and kitchen is very low, but we just jumped around! Easy check in and check out.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg. The house was clean and well apportioned. Location is central to the town and everything is easily accessible. We walked to several restaurants nearby and walked down Main Street. We had a great time and highly recommend this vacation home.

We loved the house

The house was just the right size for three of us, and we were able to walk wherever we wanted to go. The bathrooms were fabulous! You might want to consider instructions on how to utilize the TVs. We were unable to use the TV in the living room despite a couple attempts. Not the end of the rule for us, but it would have been nice. Overall, a very fun visit. Thanks!

Girls Trip

My friend and I had a great girls trip to Fredericksburg and enjoyed the house tremendously! The decor was so precious, the updated bathrooms were spectacular and the beds were very comfortable! The location is close enough to walk to Main St if you want. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location, beautiful flip

We did enjoy the house, location, and amenities. Bring your Kcups and enjoy coffee on the front porch. If you get caught in an evening rain, the gas fp offers a quick warm-up. All in all, very nice. Parking is on the street, but it’s a VERY wide street and quiet area. Only 1-1/2 blocks from the main downtown area. I knocked one star, because I think the toilet area of primary bath was missed in cleaning. A lot of long hair and dust in that area - not the case with the rest of the house. Advertised to sleep 6. That may be possible, but only 2 bedrooms. Perfect for 4.
