Kas's House! ~ Warm, Comfortable, Inviting & Pet Friendly

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You'll have everything you need and more when you stay in my home! 3 full bedrooms, plus a sleeper sofa in the ultra cozy living room. Soak in the coastal breeze rolling over the mountain range as you relax in the backyard with your pups, enjoy cooking your breakfast with fresh eggs from my chickens, and cozy up at night next to the fireplace. There's no doubt you'll find what you need here at Kas's House.

We're centrally located in the town of Sheridan with all amenities and a couple of eateries. Spirit Mountain Casino is a 15 minute drive away, with Lincoln City an additional 30. In the opposite direction McMinnville is a 15 minute drive with ample wineries and vineyards in-between. Ask me about local festivities in the area!

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR STAY

You can expect to experience a completely stocked and comfortable home. I've decorated the home with family heirlooms, antique and vintage items, nick-nacks, and interesting finds from my travels. To boot, I recently refinished the original hardwood floors and baseboards throughout which brings extra charm and life into the space, I'm sure you'll love it!!

I have 9 wonderful chickens. They live in their own sectioned off portion of the backyard, their run. You will certainly see them and hear them from time to time - sometimes Miss Etta James just needs to sing! Myself, or my caretaker, tend to the chickens regularly and do so by accessing the garage - we do not enter the main home for this.

Outside my guests will have access to three off-street parking spaces with ample free street parking, the front yard complete with a super stellar, maintained veggie garden (you're totally welcome to pick), and access to the private, fully fenced backyard and covered patio - however I ask that you don't enter the garden shed.

Inside my guests will have access to all spaces: living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, both full bathrooms, office/bedroom, two full bedrooms. The only spaces without guest access are the garage and garden shed.
