Beautiful furnished house situated over the ocean, offering water views outside almost every window. Conveniently located and close to everything. Lots of windows with comfortable ocean breeze. Large living room/dining room with a beautiful bar, and 2 water view decks and a private front yard garden entrance. There is a jacuzzi in the master bedroom suite. You can enjoy the most incredible sunrises and catch wildlife: osprey, gulls, blue heron, cranes, ducks, and playful seals. This house will give you unforgettable waterfront living experience.

The beautiful view from all three floors was amazing and so appreciated. We were only a few minutes from all sorts of shopping and Brunswick with itsgreat selection of restaurants. The kitchen was clean and well appointed.when visiring family in Brunswick, we will be back.

My sisters and I had a wonderful time at your home. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable week. The description of the property was spot on and we had a time being so close to the water. I would consider booking this property again if I dtay in the area.

It has a perfect location for us, easy parking, exceptional views, helpful kitchen supplies. The best part was eating outside while watching the water scene, including the lobster boats.

Nice and peaceful view just by the water!

Really well received with good A/C and a lovely view on the water. It was more spacious than anticipated and has all the kitchen and home tools for the stay. Really recommended!

Lovely view. The house could use a little upkeep. The blinds are falling down in a few rooms, and a few other minor items but overall it works well for a family and a few little dogs.

The view, the view!! Everything was perfect. The host was responsive! Great amenities! Had coffee, good TP, water, shampoo etc..The only this I would suggest is comfy chairs on the deck. While having our coffee Saturday morning we watch a lobster boat check his traps.

Amazing location ! Gorgeous Views !

This house is absolutely fantastic! Better than the photos!Bookmark this house right now! We were amazed at the view of the inlet. We saw seals and American bald eagles. We had such a peaceful stay in this spacious home.It is actually 4 levels and 5 bedrooms. Would be perfect for a group or large family! If you want to experience “real” Maine , this is it !! Absolutely would stay here again and recommend highly to everyone.

Beautiful Location Great Stay

Our group came up to do mission work from Mississippi. Our original VRBO had to cancel, so we scrambled to find another location. This property came up when it didn't in our original search. The only reason I gave a 4 star on property description is because the home is actually a 5 bedroom 3 bath! It was super clean and well stocked. We felt like we were in our own little world once we went through the gate. The view is spectacular! We enjoyed a seal, bald eagles, and many other birds and ducks. We had everything we needed to cook our meals. There were also plenty of towels available. We could not have been happier with our stay. If we come back next year, we will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful stay in Maine! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Harpswell, Maine. The house is stunning with large windows that offer breathtaking views of the water-perfect for relaxing with coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening. The home was thoughtfully stacked with plenty of extra towels, toiletries, and even some snacks-made one feel right at home. The location is great-just a short distance to a charming country store, local restaurants, and scenic walking trails. We also had the pleasure of meeting our host, Anna, who is incredibly sweet and welcoming.The only small hiccup was a bit of confusion concerning the layout. The listing states bedrooms on 3 levels, so we had assumed one would be on the main floor. In reality, the bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor, 2nd floor and basement. This was challenging for my elderly mom as the house id not handicap accessible. We were able to make it work and really enjoyed our week. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we look forward to returning!

Beautiful View

Lovely place for a couple and a child. Master bedroom was lovely. Water would not allow bathing but shower was ok in hall bath. The downstairs sleeping for two adults was a little difficult. Would have been nice to know upfront that the water was not potable. Nice touches with the set dining table and toiletries. View is amazing.

I’ve rented many houses through VRBO, and this house is the only one which was so different (in my opinion) from the previous reviews (many of which rated it a 10).Pros: fantastic location—beautiful views of the water from many rooms. Also, the beds are comfortable. It’s very nice and quiet. Easy communication with the owner.Cons: very odd layout—four floors with steep stairs (including a very narrow winding staircase down to the bottom floor—not safe for little kids to be near). No bedrooms on the main floor, so not great for anyone with mobility issues. (Also the outdoor steps to the house are very uneven, so not good for older people.) The “gym” is just a treadmill and a very old bike. The water pressure comes and goes; got no hot water in one of the showers (fortunately there are others). The interior is very tired and shabby—primary bedroom is missing one shade, and curtains don’t cover all of the windows. House was clean but has lots of paint stains and other things that make it feel dirty. Seems like it hasn’t been updated in many decades. A few of the beds are in spaces that seem awkward to sleep (e.g. one is in the “gym”; others are on the top floor where there is no bathroom). Overall, if you just want a nice view this house could work; but spending time inside was not that pleasant for our group.
