Come stay at The Bungalow, and enjoy a peaceful vacation amid the beautiful landscapes of the Kiamichi Valley! The Bungalow is located on a pick-your-own blueberry and fruit farm, within minutes of the Choctaw Nation Health Care Center, as well as the Talimena Scenic Byway and Ouachita National Forest. Features all the amenities you need to enjoy your time indoors as well as out!

Talihina, known as The Village Between the Mountains, is the gateway to the Talimena Scenic Drive and the Ouachita National Forest. This beautiful cabin was very cozy. Was furnished with everything needed for kitchen, cooking, tv relaxing and outdoor peaceful setting. We grilled and sat around fire pit looking for stars.

The cabin was clean and ready for guests. Before we arrived, the host stopped by to turn on the lights for us. As we arrived, we took a wrong turn (didn't follow directions...) and the host's husband tracked us down and led us to the cabin. The location was quiet and peaceful as well as just a very short distance to the park.

Pre-Hike Stay

Very nice cozy property. We were wanting to stay close to Talimena SP and this was perfect. Comforable beds. We were hiking early in the morning so we didn't have time to just stay and enjoy the house. I would stay there again.
