Overall nice place to come and stay. Great communication from the owner. Conveniently located to shops and doctor’s offices and the airport. Everything pretty quick drive if road conditions are good. I would stay here again.

The space was just as pictured and worked great as our home base to explore the Anchorage area. Paul was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in tip top shape.

Alaska fishing

I came to town early in prep for a fishing trip in Seward. This apartment was a perfect set up for us. Clean, stocked well, quiet neighborhood and very helpful host!

This property was very nice, clean and spacious. 2 bedrooms, big living room/kitchen area, well appointed kitchen and a nice bathroom. Paul was a great host and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is in an area that is residential and industry. It’s close to the airport and easy to get downtown. We went to Katmai on a small plane to see the bears at Brooks Falls, rented e-bikes and road the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. It was a great stay in Anchorage.

Our stay in Anchorage

We loved our stay at Paul's place. It was clean, stocked well and a lovely place to stay. The beds were comfortable. Paul helped us as we had trouble with the vrbo site. It's close to the airport.

Great Place

We needed a place to lodge some employees for a week and this location met our needs wonderfully. Check in was easy, the unit was what the ad said it was, and communication was good. They even accommodated our large work truck. Would definitely rent here again.

Well, I can't said enough about the host (Paul). He was always ready to help he treated us like we were his family. We have made a friend for life. We highly recommend Paul's apartment we didn't want for anything. Thanks Paul.

Anchorage Vacation

We were very pleased with this vacation listing. The owner was very easy to work with. We were missing a TV remote and contacted the owner. He was ready to go get a remote for us. We told him that an app on our phone would work for now. I would highly recommend this this location.

Cleanliness

The floors needed sweep and mopped, the broom was filthy, The pans under the stove were covered in baked on grease or food. Then salt, pepper and Canola spray can were dirty and greasy. The felt pads under the coffee table were covered with hair. The throw pillows on the couches smelled of B.O. There was trash inside the trash can under the bag. The screen in the front bedroom, let bugs in during the night. The toilet seat moved around every time you sat on it. The bathroom door needs some WD-40 as it squeaks load enough to wake you up. The front door hand dirty hand and fingerprints on it. There was a Dog and Cat in apartment #2 that howled / barked and yowled. and whomever was in #3 on the 10th and 11th woke us up ay 3:15 a.m.
