Come enjoy your stay at our cozy, convenient home in SW Las Vegas. Our spacious family-friendly centrally located home has so much to offer. Tucked away in a gated, quiet HOA neighborhood but only minutes away from shopping, parks, and endless restaurants. Approximately 8 miles from the strip (MGM which is the center point of the strip) and the airport, stadium, and let's not forget local casinos.
Our home provides a comfy home away from home experience for all, however, this is NOT A HOME FOR PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR ANY NOISE DISTURBANCE. There are quiet hours enforced and limited parking for up to a maximum of 4 vehicles.
To enjoy the private pool out back please note;
Safe weather conditions must exist to use the pool. DO NOT USE THE POOL DURING A DUST, THUNDER OR LIGHTENING STORM OR IN HIGH WIND OR GUSTY WIND CONDITIONS!
The pool and spa are available during the warmer seasons. Weather permitting pool and spa can be heated at an additional charge,(contact us for info on heating fees) DURING COLD SEASONS FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Heaters will automatically shut off at 9 p.m. each night due to quiet hours. Please notify us at least 24 hours before check-in if you would like these additional services as it takes time to heat the pool.
