Une charmante propriété entiÚrement meublée située dans le centre de Las Vegas! La maison de 2 étages comprend une entrée porche et deux espaces de vie. En outre, un espace repas à plusieurs niveaux avec moulure de cimaise. Une cuisine confortable avec éclairage encastré, vue sur la piscine et porte française menant au patio!La maison est équipée de quatre télévisions à écran plat, d'une laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur, d'une table de billard et d'une table de ping-pong! Super clean, beautiful home, so many amenities and home touches: even a high chair for little ones. Rooms were beautiful. Super convenient location. We were not able to enjoy the pool due to the filter was broken and unable to reach owner during the stay. Other than that, great place to relax and stay for my bridal shower with my gals!

Great house

Overall a great stay. Great communication. Upon arrival house was clean. Could not get the hot tub to work until the last night. The property manager or owner was on it, had someone come over right away!!

Great location, great amenities, great hosts

House is in a convenient location and nice neighborhood, easy to get to as well, and close to almost anything you'd need. House is well taken care of and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Nice pool and spa, games in the finished garage, and spacious rooms. Hosts were super responsive and both the check in and check out process were great. More property owners could take notes. :) We'll be back!

Very nice!

The house was exactly as described and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, utensils, and silverware and had a generous supply of pantry staples.

Frye vacation

Overall the house was fine. We dealt with a bit of an ant problem that I understand can happen. Had a bit of a problem with the hot tub but it was corrected quickly. Would recommend the house.

75th Birthday

We came to Vegas for my fathers 75th birthday. The accommodations were perfect!! Close enough to be in the action in 10 mins, but far enough away to be able to enjoy quite evenings in the pool/ hot tub. It was perfect for our family, 6 adults in all with plenty of room for all! I Really couldn’t recommend this place more.

Property worked well for large family stay

We enjoyed the stay, and using the pool and hot tub. For my large extended family the 4 bedrooms and decent amount of space worked well. Only a couple little things, like there was zero ice in the freezer or trays to make ice. Had to go to the store to get ice. The other was a lack of reasonable response from the property management on several occasions. On the day of arrival, we had no instructions for the group on how to enter the property. After 2 phone calls and voice messages left over a 4 hour period, as well as text messages with zero response, after we landed in Las Vegas they finally answered the phone about 90 minutes before we were going to check into the house. He said they were supposed to automatically send the instructions earlier in the day, but that never happened. Was nervous we weren't going to be able to get into the house! Finally after that call he emailed and texted instructions. Not sure why none of the other messages were answered? Also there were no instruction binders at the house. We had no information on what if anything needed to be done when we left? I also left a VM about that that and again had no response. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but of all the rentals I have stayed at in the past this was the biggest lack of communication we have had. That would be my only reservation about staying here again.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. My only recommendation would be to add tvs to bedrooms. Only 1 out of 4 bedrooms had a tv.

Good experience

House was perfect for our Vegas get-together. Clean and owner was responsive when we asked for extra sheets, sending them right over. Good overall experience. We didn't use the outside because the heat was too much so can't comment on the pool / jacuzzi but they looked clean and nice as well. Only thing is, as others have mentioned, watch the step at the living room / base of stairs. Easy to trip.
