Quaint and cozy, beautiful neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay, Scott was helpful throughout the process, and the area is beautiful. The home is an older style, but still comfortable and cozy.

Cape Cod Getaway

Enjoyed the cottage and Harbor Village. Great location to explore Hyannis, the cape, and easy access to the ferry terminal. The cottage was peaceful and perfect.

Charming Coastal Getaway

This cottage in Harbor Village was a great find. Charming but quiet area. Close to the beaches but secluded among the trees for a quiet and relaxing experience. It was close to great restaurants and shops. Scott was very responsive before and during our stay. The whole experience was pleasant and I would highly recommend staying here.

Best place on the Cape

We have been going to the Cape for five years, and this is the best place we've stayed! Clean, close to everything, walk to a nice beach. It was perfect!

Great, Chill Spot!

Lovely little group of cottages, ours was so cute and cozy. Had plenty of extra blankets and towels, AC worked great, rooms were a good size, etc. The master bathroom is pretty small, which didn't bother us - just an FYI! Scott was very nice and helpful, easy to reach. The area is quiet, close to the beach, and to Barnstable shops and restaurants! They even have chairs and other beach items guest can use, which is great for people flying!

Cape Cod Bliss

An oasis within an oasis. Lovely little cottage community close to the water in a beautiful neighborhood and close to town. Fantastic caretakers. Home was cozy in the best way. Ample lounge space and great patio. So incredibly peaceful. Everything was easy and simple for check in/out and anything you might need Shirley and Bob were happy to help. We loved it so much we’re planning a family reunion here.

Nice Little Gem

You will definitely need a car to stay here to get to restaurants, downtown, and the marina area. Otherwise, this is a short walk from a nice quiet beach. Our dog and daughter were both very happy to stay here!

Our cottage was as described. Mire than enough for my husband and Springer. Albertos Italian Restaurant on Main Street excellent excellent restaurant! It's a MUST place to have dinner at.

Very nice property in a quiet village like setting. Pet friendly. Supplies were good. Would recommend owners supply laundry detergent & hand soap. Had to buy both. Beach is more than a 5 minute walk. Would stay again.

The perfect getaway

The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and had what we needed. The walk to the beach took 5 minutes, the property was well maintained. Anything we needed, we just had to ask. Definitely hope to return to this little bit of Heaven

Really nice little cottage, super convenient

The cottage is very nice, just big enough for a small family of 3 or 4. It's in a quiet little development, a very short nature walk to the beach, and near a lot of good cape activities. The cottage has a rustic feel, but has the comforts of heat and central air. The deck is huge and a great place to hang out.

Very nice, but..

Original posting said it was updated, but not all that much as we found out and not very professional. The deck and outdoor furniture were lovely, beds very comfortable, bathrooms ok, comfortable furniture in the living room. The property needs improved landscaping in the front and a railing on the four steps up to the house.. Walk to the beautiful beach was easy. Various attractions were easy to get to. We would return to Harbor Village another time but in a nicer cottage with a dishwasher.

Nice cottage by the beach

This was a nice little getaway property. It is older and the kitchen area is a little small for cooking (which usually we don't do much of but this year for obvious reasons is different). It was clean, all appliances updated, and had several pros like towel exchange and daily trash pick up. The walk to the beach is about 10 min through a wooded path so not perfect if planning on bringing a cooler or wheeled beach caddy but you can go by the road (a little longer walk), sidewalk the whole way. Beach was quite nice, quiet with life guards and designated area to play ball. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would come back again!
