C'est une maison historique Cape Cod confortable avec un confort moderne et un emplacement imbattable !!! Il combine le meilleur de tous les mondes:
- À droite sur Hyannis Harbour près de tous les hôtels et restaurants de Ocean Street au bord de l'eau
- A quelques minutes à pied de la rue principale qui offre d'excellentes options pour les restaurants, bars et boutiques
- Près de 5+ plages
- 5 minutes à pied du parc des vétérans
- 1 minute à pied de Hyline Cruises si vous voulez faire une excursion d'une journée dans les îles (Nantucket et Martha's Vineyard)
- 1 minute à pied de la location de voiture si vous voulez explorer le reste de Cape Cod
- Et si vous voulez "rester dans", profitez de la grande cour de 0. 3 acres où vous pouvez cuisiner sur le grill, vous détendre sur le hamac, bronzer ou jouer à des jeux de plein air. A propos de la maison: La maison a été construite en 1840 et est situé dans le quartier historique de Hyannis Harbor à quelques minutes des plages, des boutiques, des restaurants, des parcs, etc. C'est une maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. La plus grande chambre est au deuxième étage avec un lit queen size, la chambre moyenne est au premier étage avec un lit double et la plus petite chambre est à l'étage avec un lit double. Il y a aussi AC central.

L'emplacement et la cour de grande taille sont certainement les différentiateurs clés de cette maison! C'est proche de tout et ce n'est pas par la route qui donne à la maison une intimité tout en étant dans un emplacement central.

Perfect location and great historic home!

We loved staying at this home in Cape Cod! It was the perfect size for our family, quiet home set back off the street entrance, beautiful neighborhood and within walking distance of Main Street, shops, restaurants and the ferry!

Perfect location

The house is a quick 5 minute commute to the airport. We were able to walk to many restaurants, Activities and shopping. Beach was a mile away and the beach pass was greatly appreciated. I Would highly recommend this Home for families visiting the Cape Cod area.

Lovely Home

Close to boats and beaches as well as downtown. Plenty of privacy and quiet with an expansive yard and mature trees. Well appointed kitchen and baths. Comfortable beds. Host responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Museum Opening

My daughter was debuting her new exhibit at CCMM up the road. It was a perfect spot for her 2 aunts, family friend and I to stay while in town for the opening. We were close by and could walk to lots of places in town. Great for our 2 night stay. Backing out of the driveway was a bit tricky, but plenty of room for our 3 cars.

End of Summer getaway

This house was the perfect location for our end of summer family getaway. With teens, being walking distance to restaurants, harbor and activity was a huge success. The weather was quite hot during our stay and the AC and fans worked so well and we never had issues. The twin room upstairs is quite small. Perfect for our younger teen, but would have been too small for our older/tall teenage boy. All in all an excellent stay and we would stay here again.

Fall Visit

A great time to visit the cape. This property is convenient to everything. We were able to walk to the ferry, the beach, and main street for restaurants, shopping and even a fall fair. A great alternative to staying at the Hyannis Harbor Hotel where we stayed last year. The property is clean and has everything you need for a short stay.

Perfect place!

A wonderful house in the perfect location. You can park the car once, and do everything else in Hyannis on foot. Lovely shady backyard with hammock.

Quiet yet steps away from busy

The historical property has a sloping back yard, very small desk and no dishwasher. The bedrooms (except master) are on small side and staircase is tricky. But this location and setting was perfect for us.

AUsome Location!!!

This little gem is a perfect vacation rental! It is located right across from the ferry marina, a little walk to the beach, little walk to Main Street, and a shortcut to the Harbor Hawks baseball field. We walked everywhere! Beautiful little house close to beach and restaurants

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this well-kept house! The owner's description and images of the place were both very accurate. Everything was neat and spotlessly clean. The place had a warm, cozy atmosphere and provided everything we needed for our stay. Loved that it came with a beach pass! Communicating with the owner was very easy, too. She responded promptly to all of our questions and provided helpful information for our stay.

This is a fantastic location. We had so much fun while it lasted. Unfortunately, National Grid detected a gas leak and our stay was cut short. We were sad to go but the owner was super responsive, helpful and gave us a refund for the days we missed out on.

A charming home, and a perfect place to stay for families, or a small group of friends. You are in easy walking (or driving if you prefer) distance to local shopping, restaraunts and beaches. And a convenient drive to other Cape locations. The house itself is as described, and then some... It has all the amenities you could hope for... definitely a 'home away from home' feel. Looking forward to a stay again next year!!

Illiana's home was a great place to stay in the Cape. It was right near all the main attractions and she was very responsive with a couple questions we had. The TV was a little tricky to navigate, but since it was the summer and in the Cape we didn't need to use it too much. We had a group of girls all traveling for a long weekend together and everyone slept comfortably, All in all would recommend and stay again!

Perfect location, great place to stay!

We chose this home for a girlfriend's getaway. It was within walking distance to the ferry, restaurants, and shopping. Very clean and well appointed. Iliana was so easy to work with and gave great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. I will definitely stay here the next time we visit!

Lovely, well-situated home.

Iliana was great to communicate with. She was quick to respond and informative. The home looked like it does in the pictures - small and charming. I think the living room was a little smaller than we expected but to be honest we were out and about most of the time. The yard was big, the hammock a great place to relax. Walking distance to the beach (about 20 minutes), 2 minute walk to ice cream, the ferry, great restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

This house was built in 1840 and it's located in Hyannis historic district. The guesthouse behind was built in 1920. Both houses are on an acre land. Most of the land is preserved so it's kept the same through the years.

I have traveled around Cape Cod and Hyannis Harbor is the best location close to beaches, restaurants, water activities, shopping, the mall, movie theater and various water activities. The house is a minute walk to the island ferries which are great for day trips to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.
