About this space
Enjoy your stay in this historic art studio that has been converted into a 1 bedroom home. You will be surrounded by beautiful mountain views in a comfortable space which promotes peace and relaxation. You can see Sequoia’s Moro Rock from the deck and living room windows. You will be surrounded by nature with views oak trees and wildlife such as deer and wild turkeys that frequently pass through the property. Best of all you will only be 4 miles away from the entrance to Sequoia National Park.
The space
This one bedroom unit is about 600 sf with a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. This space is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 with the sofa sleeper. There is a separate kitchenette with a hot plate, sink and refrigerator. A microwave and coffee pot are also available. The living room has a nice wood burning fireplace/stove to warm up those chilly days and nights.

Other things to note
A BBQ propane gas grill is available, however please let us know if you plan to use it so we can have it ready. The large outdoor deck may be shared with other guests in the adjacent home. The art studio does have a small private area with seating. The property sits on 1.7 acres and a seasonal (springtime) stream runs through giving the space a magical feeling with the sound of the river and stream nearby.
