A: Excellent public transit directions from my place to any point in the city are available via web search. My place is a short walk from the Clark/Division Red Line âLâ train station. A: Check-in: Your reservation and access to the apartment both begin at 4 p.m. on your check-in date.

Q: âIs parking included?â
A: Parking isn't included and the streets around us are all either permitted (local residents only) or metered, so make sure not to use those spots. For the easiest parking, we recommend using a service called SpotHero to reserve a spot nearby before you arrive.
