Our stay at the 52nd-floor Mag Mile penthouse was exceptional. The unit was clean, the views were spectacular and the fireplace added a perfect touch of comfort. Communication from the host was prompt, clear, and consistently helpful from check-in to departure. The building amenities—including the gym —were well-maintained and convenient. Everything you could possibly need for the ultimate Chicago experience was within walking distance. Overall, an outstanding experience that exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect spot for my trip with convenient access to the Red Line traveling from the airport and to Wrigley Field. The views of downtown were amazing! You won’t be disappointed!

Listing said “oversized balcony”. There was no balcony at all. Texted mngmnt with no response. Finally called. Was told “I tell people that when you’re that high up, a balcony really doesn’t matter”. Hmmmmm. Anyway after saying unacceptable and being told no other properties a miracle occurred and we were upgraded to a larger unit with an oversized balcony! Viola! Didn’t appreciate the initial brush off but the upgrade was fabulous! Beautiful view, close to everything.

Great instruction and communication from owners. Clean and well kept. Convenient location to so many downtown attractions. Comfortable place to stay. We were really pleased. The only negative is the outside noise (the downside to staying amid the hustle and bustle of the downtown area). I suspect it's the same anywhere nearby. Might consider bringing earplugs for sleeping. Overall, a nice place for a couple to spend a long weekend enjoying Chicago!

Clean and a bit outdated

We stayed at this property a few days prior to the Chicago Half marathon. The location is great, though it must be next to an ambulance or a fire truck hub because the sirens were very frequent. The apartment was clean (except for the windows on the outside) and had everything we needed. Having said that, it’s a bit outdated with generic decor and furnishings. Same goes for the building overall. The check-in and checkout times had zero flexibility so consider that when booking.

Everything about the stay was top-notch. The unit was clean and perfect for a short business trip. The location was excellent. The host’s instructions were clear and accurate at every step. I would definitely stay at this unit again.

Such fun

We decided to spring break to the city. We are country folk from southern Missouri. We came up for the St.Patricks parade, river dying, museums and aquarium. Staying in a Penthouse on the 52nd floor really was the cherry on top. This apartment was great. It was clean, had everything we needed and was conveniently located to great shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

2024 Thanksgiving

Great location! Great view! Great hosts! Family Thanksgiving in Chicago for the first time bc our daughter works retail in Chicago and couldn’t come home. We were close to her work; walked to chriskindlemarket one day; walked to Michigan Ave and vicinity shopping; walked to Thanksgiving day parade; walked to restaurants and grocery; able to relax and enjoy Thanksgiving dinner, football, family time in the spacious apt; L stop right outside; quiet and convenient.

Better than Advertised. The view was amazing!

Tremendous property! Check in was easy and location was amazing. Within steps of the CTA and walking distance to the mag mile, theater, the Christmas market and Navy Pier. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Elevators were fast and building was secure with a door person at the front desk most hours of the day. It was winter, so we were unable to use the pool or the outside track, but the fitness area on floor nine had quite a few treadmills, weights and even a basketball court. Overall, our stay was excellent. There is a grocery store next door and lots of restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend the Star of Siam. Would definitely stay here again, next time we come to Chicago.

Chicago penthouse

Our stay was amazing, the door staff was fabulous. The security of the building and parking garage is perfect. We had everything we needed and more, we stayed for 5 nights, the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to cook meals.

Amazing views/location

My sister and I are from the country, and decided to take a sisters trip to Chicago. Getting this penthouse was the best decision we made! The hosts were amazing and quickly got back to us when we had questions. Everyone in the building was so friendly and kind. The penthouse was clean and had all the space we needed. The views of the city were even better than I could imagine. The sirens could be loud at times, but that’s inevitable in the city. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. I would stay here again 1000%

Nice accomodations

This is the 3rd time staying at one of the same properties. Communication is clear throughout the process. The properties are well maintained. It is nice when staying for 6 days to have a place that feels like home. The views are great and so are the door men.
