We are located just off Highway 2 and two blocks from the Festhalle & Downtown Leavenworth.

Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, fully fenced yard & hot tub! Quick walk to downtown, next door to the Tesla charging station & Dan's Food Market. High Speed Internet (Fiber), 65" TV, Large Living Area and Fully Furnished Kitchen. Room for parking 3 vehicles (off street).

The location was great, short walk to downtown. Host was very responsive at first, got us in one hour early for check-in, but eventually stopped responding when I said there was no DVD player. I just got the response "there should be?". No further communication. The house was small but nice, kitchen well stocked. Weird layout - have to go through a bedroom to access the outdoor area with BBQ/hot tub, as well as the garage with washer/dryer. Hot tub was gross. It was obviously not cleaned, rather, very heavily chlorinated with debris floating around and stuck to the intake screen. For the money we spent, I would not stay here again.

The little touches made our stay perfect for Christmas! A Christmas tree, the outdoor Christmas lights and the little Santa that you could put your face in to get pictures. It was wonderful!

The house was perfect for our family of 4, and was very spacious. One of the bedrooms is not as private as the other two, as you access the breezeway to the backyard/hot tub and garage through that door. we appreciated the private parking stalls, as we had to drive 2 cars over for the weekend and street parking is not allowed during December. There is an extra fridge in the breezeway which wasn't noted in the listing, which is helpful if you need to store extra beverages, etc.The kitchen was pretty well stocked for cooking meals, including a crock pot and electric griddle. Beware if you are cooking bacon...there is no hood over the stove just a fan in the ceiling in the kitchen. Smoke detector went off everytime we make breakfast.Loved that the house was decorated for xmas with a small tree and wintry decor...definitely helped to get us in the xmas spirit!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was cozy, welcoming, and felt just like home — exactly what our band needed to recharge after the whirlwind of Oktoberfest. The beds were top-notch (we’re talking rockstar recovery level comfort!) and there was plenty of room for all of us to unwind. It was the perfect fit, and we’re so grateful for the hospitality. Highly recommend!

The house worked well for us! It was clean, comfortable, and in a good location.One way to improve is to add more comfortable outdoor seating in the back yard and porch.

Hi there, after chatting with our group, we only have a few suggestions and some of those you already took care of. The major one with me is that some of the areas near the backdoor and the front porch need some kind of warning about a drop from the walkway to the porch or garage. I got surprised by both because it was dark. They are not very high but that could really be an issue with someone not steady on their feet. We also talked about the hooks for wet towels maybe in the area near the garage door where if it is raining, people can hang their wet towels and maybe more for the bathrooms as there were 6 of us and we aren't related so we don't share towels, etc. You already brought the hangers and dish drainer so that is taken care of. We ended up using dish soap in the kitchen to wash our hands when the bathrooms were busy so maybe some hand soap similar to what you have in the bathrooms. The unit is pretty well appointed for not renting it that much. Also, another thought was to have a throw blanket somewhere in the living room area so that if someone is up early or cold they have something to wrap around them. We would certainly rent again if we are in the area as the location is also perfect! Thank you so much for sharing this property with us. Julie and Crew

This place is a top notch rental! Right in town, walking distance to shops / grocery store. Great Mountain views and outdoor space, with everything you need to cook and be comfortable.
